Please note that this property is only available for medium-term lets (minimum 30 nights).

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private underground car park.

- Public transport: The ‘Gare’ metro station is 500 m (7 mins’ walk) and 900 m (5 mins’ drive) away; there you’ll find metro lines A and B, as well as bus routes C1, 11, 12 and C2
- Nearest station: Rennes railway and coach station, 500 m (7 mins’ walk) and 900 m (5 mins’ drive) away
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, 8 km away (20 mins by car); Nantes Airport, 130 km away (1 hour 30 mins by car).

- Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Utility charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that meter readings may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory check may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

In order to comply with the law, your booking will require the signing of a contract (short-term tenancy agreement). To do this, we will need some additional documents (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, without a duly signed contract, we will not be able to grant you access to the property. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

Flexible check-in for your convenience: You can choose to be welcomed in person by the Cocoonr team – the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals – or opt for a self-check-in. In both cases, access to the property is available from 4 pm. If you choose a self-check-in, please note that the keys are kept in a secure location protected by a code, situated 550 metres from the property – approximately a 7-minute walk.
