Aquitaine - gironde -MEDOC, 6 km ocean House of 80 sqm for 6 people max (2 bedrooms) wood chalet style with private pool (6x4), covered, heated to 28 ° (from April to November). In the patio, you have a wood terrace of 250 sqm, a garden furniture, 2 relax, 2 armchairs, a parasol, a barbecue, a solar shower and 4 adult bikes included in the price.
The garden is fully enclosed. Shops at 1. 5km. The house includes 2 bedrooms (including a parental 26M ² with a double bed and a sofa bed), living room, pantry, 2 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen any comfort. Internet access. Sliding sport, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest.
The kitchen includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer, a built-in oven, a ceramic hob, a normal coffee maker and a NESPRESSO, a microwave oven and crockery for 6 pers.
Thanks to shelter, bathing at night nice because you are like in a bubble !!!
The house is located in the town of Grayan 9 km from SOULAC / sea 10 Mn by car, 7 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is 6 km (20 min by bike) and you will find sports activities for your children . Going up to Le Verdon / mer you have a tourist port with restaurants and sports activities (jet ski, sailing courses, boat rental ect).
Located in the heart of the Medoc, close to the castle road with these vineyards known around the world!
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the scenery of the coast of Charente for a day trip.
Further south (one hour drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and its oyster beds, tastings on site possible overlooking the island of birds. We are waiting for you !!

Relaxing !

Especialy the outside space (with pool )makes this a lovely house. Situated in the piece and quite of nature (all you here are chickens)but near lively Soulac makes it a top spot. We brought our cycles and really enjoyed tre surroundings as well

Schönes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Pool ist gut beheizt, wir könnten ihn auch noch Anfang Oktober gut nutzen. Unser Gastgeber, Herr Tiffon, hat alles perfekt vorbereitet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Dadurch das der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox war, konnten wir auch mit leichter Verspätung einfach und schnell einchecken. Der beheizte Pool war auch an Schlechtwetter-Tagen ein absoluter Mehrwert. Kleine Mängel an der Dusche wurden sofort behoben. Der Außenbereich und den Pool ist wirklich riesig und bietet unterschiedlichste Möglichkeiten. Das obere Deck hat auch ein Geländer (evtl. Interessant für Besuchern mit Kleinkindern). Das man bequem vor dem Haus parken kann, ist optimal. Die Fahrt zum Strand waren mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Vielen Dank für die netten 2 Wochen.

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool ganz für sich allein

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus. Wir haben vor allem den Pool sehr genossen, da es sehr warm war. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll, am Waldrand gelegen, ruhig und zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Leider hat man nicht in allen Räumen gutes WLAN. Herr Tiffon konnte man jederzeit per Mail erreichen. Im Inserat steht, dass 4 Fahrräder genutzt werden können, leider waren es aber nur 2, das fanden wir etwas schade. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Fahrradwege. Vielen Dank. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und sind super erholt. Wir können ihr Haus zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. Familie Kermer

Un week-end au top

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Le déroulement de l’accueil et le contact avec le propriétaire s’est très bien passé. La maison bénéficie de tout le confort et sa terrasse avec piscine est tout simplement magnifique, aucune vis à vis, nous n’avions plus envie de sortir ailleurs ! Nous y retournerons sans problème et même avec hâte.

Séjour agréable malgré la météo capricieuse La maison est au calme, la piscine parfaite (chauffée et couverte), la pièce à vivre (séjour cuisine) est récente, mais la chambre principale aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement Nous avions un chien et les espaces extérieurs étaient bien adaptés (terrain en jardin sur le devant et grand espace autour de la piscine tout très bien clôturé) La communication avec le propriétaire s’est très bien passée

Calme et détente dans une belle région

La maison est bien située. Elle est propre et bénéficie d'une grande cour avec piscine réservée à la maison seulement. La maison en location fait partie d'un ensemble de 3 unités mitoyennes mais chacune a une cour clôturée privée. Le propriétaire demeure à côté mais il est très discret.

Le calme et la proximité des plages

Besoin imperatif d'une voiture. Tres calme dans un hameau. Tres belle terrasse et piscine chauffée, exterieur tres agreable avec les arbres en toile de fond. Le logement est spacieux. Il n'y a parfois pas/peu de reseau. Pour la wifi, l'acces est là mais pas de grosse capacité. L'acces a la plage est rapide (a peine 10min en voiture) et Soulac a 20min max. le logement est bien equipé (linge de lit, lave vaisselle, vaisselle en quantité suffisante etc)

Chalet au calme

Monsieur Sylvain Tiffon gère admirablement ses locations, disponible et discret en même temps car il et voisin du chalet Yucca. L'accès au chalet est facile et possible pour nous dés 12:30. Calme garanti et état de la maison impeccable. très bons séjour.
