Come to spend your holidays in this nice recent house of 125 m2 located on a ground of 1500 m2 with nice view on a pond. From the house you reach the beach by a small walk of 10 minutes through woods.
You arrive at the beach "canteens" where natural pools of sea water alongside the ocean.

Capacity: 6 people

Parental suite overlooking the garden with a bed 160 x 200, dressing room, iron and ironing board, bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer and straighteners are available.

Guest space with 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 160 x 200, one with bay window overlooking the terrace and garden, a second bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a second separate toilet .

The living-dining room is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a large corner sofa, television and overlooks a large terrace overlooking the garden thanks to its large bay window.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a combined microwave, a induction plate 4 fires, a hood, a double sink, coffee maker, toaster ...

The storeroom features a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine and central vacuum.

The house is extended by a large terrace decorated with a blind, a garden furniture, an outdoor table and chairs, deckchairs, a plancha and a barbecue.
A hammock will reach you for a moment of idleness under the trees where you will be lulled by the sound of the waves perceptible from the house.

Good location for a peaceful holiday

Thank you Bruno and Florence for letting us stay at your jewel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Best indicator is that the kids didn’t miss a WLAN for the whole week ;). Would be great to come back sometime in the future.

Perfect holiday home, lovely hosts

This newly built house is located within easy walking distance to the beach. There you have the choice between natural pools and open water. A new surf school is located there as well. The house has all (and even more of) the amenities you could expect. All is new and perfectly clean. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. The hosts are really lovely. They even drove to Soulac to look for us when we didn' find the house upon arrival. A bottle of wine was on the table, a rosé and beer in the fridge. We can fully recommend this house and will probably come back ourselves.

Grand Pas de deux

Pas de deux: französisch für Schritte zu zweit, in diesem Fall ein Duett zwischen Vermieter und Feriengästen. Und das wurde bei uns dank Bruno et Florence zum Grand Pas de deux. 1. Entrée, die Eröffnung: Bereits der Empfang durch Florence und Bruno war so herzlich, dass wir uns sofort willkommen fühlten. Ihr seid so sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Danke dafür. 2. Adage: Langsam heißt ab sofort die Devise, eintanzen in dem schönen Haus, das alle Wünsche erfüllt. 3. Variatonen für zuhause: Auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen, dem Vogelgezwitscher zuhören, das Rotkehlchen begrüßen, abends den Sternenhimmel bestaunen 4. Variationen für auswärts: In zehn Minuten zu Fuß durch den Wald am Meer sein, Ebbe und Flut tanzen zu sehen, unendliche Schritte am kilometerlangen Strand zu gehen, sei es bis zum Pointe de Grave oder nur bis Soulac-sur-Mer. Oder mit dem Zug nach Bordeaux. 5. Coda, der Schlusssatz: In schnellem Tempo verfliegt die Zeit, man versucht alles noch einmal festzuhalten, doch wie man sich dreht oder wendet, die Ferien sind vorbei. Zu schnell. Dieser Pas de deux, der beim Ballett der stimmungsvollste Moment ist, stellte dies auch für unsere Ferien dar. Wir haben uns direkt in dem Haus von Florence und Bruno wohl gefühlt, konnten den Alltagsstress in der Garderobe zurücklassen und die Bühne für die Erholung am Atlantik freigeben.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, in ruhiger Lage. Meer Fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren unter anderem mit Fahrrädern unterwegs, ideal um nach Soulac sur Mer zu fahren. Netter, lebhafter Ort. Unser Lieblingsstrand, „Plage d‘ Amelie“, etwas außerhalb von Soulac. Florence und Bruno haben hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail einen Ort zur Erholung geschaffen. Der Garten ein Traum mit viel Platz, tolle Vegetation. Aufteilung des Hauses ideal, mit jeweils eigenem Trakt und Bad. Entspricht alles den Fotos.

Traumhaus

Eine moderne, äußerst gepflegte Einrichtung; Küchenausstattung hochwertig und perfekt; Betten sehr komfortabel. Das Haus hält in jeder Beziehung, was die Fotos versprechen. Für uns war es ein perfektes Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben - dazu gehörte auch der großzügige und gut gepflegte Garten, der vor allem auch für Kinder gute Spielmöglichkeiten bot. Das Vermieterehepaar Bencteux war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugewandt.

Traumhaus nahe am Meer

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Wir können es nur empfehlen, ankommen und wohlfühlen! Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es besitzt eine wundervolle Terrasse und Garten und die Lage ist genial, in nur 10 Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß über einen Waldweg an den Strand. Dabei kommt man an einer kleinen Surfschule vorbei, unsere zwei Jungs haben hier surfen gelernt. Supermarkt, Stadt zum Bummeln und Bars/Restaurants direkt in Soulac-sur-Mer (5 Minuten mit dem Auto), einsame Strände und Wanderwege gleich nebenan im Naturpark, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit!!! Und dann natürlich die freundlichen Vermieter, wir hatten bei der Anreise eine Panne und wussten lange nicht, wann wir endlich ankommen. Unsere Vermieter waren so flexibel und zuvorkommend und haben uns deutlich verspätet im Ferienhaus begrüßt. Herzlichen Dank, Bruno und Florence. Vielleicht sehen wir uns bald wieder?!

Tolles Haus und schöner Srrand

Traumhaftes Haus, alles da und super modern. Sehr nette Vermieter, danke Bruno und Florence. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 min am Strand, in der Naturpools kann man super schwimmen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus mit einem grossen Garten, ruhig gelegen in einer Einbahnstrasse. Schnell am Strand (wobei der Weg nicht für Kinderwägen geeignet ist, da er durch einen Wald führt und dabei 2x Bahnschienen überquert werden müssen). Die Kinder konnten durch den Garten toben, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, 2 Grills sind auch da. Für einen gemütlichen Familienurlaub (wir waren 2 Familien im Haus, der Platz hat locker gereicht) sehr empfehlenswert! Danke an Florence und Bruno !

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben zwei wunderbar entspannte Ferienwochen im Haus von Florence und Bruno verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, es fehlt an nichts. Die Beschreibung und Bilder stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Besonders erwähnenstwert waren für uns 3 Dinge: Die Matratzen sind einfach super, wir haben grandios geschlafen. Der Grill verdient seinen Namen und war bei uns im Dauerbetrieb. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die Terrasse. Die elektrische Markise spendet Schatten, die Liegen waren bequem und der Blick reicht weit ins Nachbargrundstück, wo sich ein See befindet, auf dem ein Schwan seine Runden zieht. Das war alles sehr entspannend. Die sich ein paar Hundert Meter weiter befindliche Straße hat uns nicht gestört. sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder

Super maison de vacances à 5 mn des plages

Accueil très sympathique et la maison est à la fois grande, jolie, confortable, silencieuse, facile à vivre et très bien pensée. Très complète en terme d'aménagement (notamment cuisine ou jardin). Il manque encore le wifi (mais il paraît que la fibre doit arriver !). Attention, pour les amateurs de grand calme, la route qui passe à côté peut être chargée au mois d'Août et on entend la circulation quand on est dans le jardin. Mais le voisinage est joli et l'emplacement est idéal que l'on soit à pieds (10 mn de la plage), en vélo ou en voiture. Un rapport qualité/prix imbattable pour une maison au bord de l'océan !

Une belle maison, très agréable, décorée avec goût dans la nature. Plages de rêves à proximité. À 5 min de Soulac et du Centre ville du Verdon. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Maison superbe. Décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien équipée. Pas de wifi mais la 4g fonctionne. Seul bémol des moustiques mais heureusement juste à la tombée de la nuit.

Parfait

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines avec nos 2 grands enfants dans cette magnifique maison. Elle est fidèle à la description et aux photos et est très bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire dans la cuisine et dans le reste de la maison pour passer de bonnes vacances et se sentir comme chez soi ; il y a aussi des jeux à disposition. L’intérieur et le jardin sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût, la maison est très proche de la plage ce qui est un vrai plus. La literie est très confortable ce qui est aussi important ! Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques et nous ont offert du vin à notre arrivée, attention toujours très appréciable. Une location à recommander sans hésitation !

Superschönes Haus, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, in Toplage

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, modern gestaltet und eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts für einen Urlaub am Atlantik: zwei Grills, komplett ausgestattete Küche, wunderschöne Schlafzimmer und Bäder ... Es sind nur Zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand durch den Wald. Es gibt eine Joggingstrecke und Wunderbare Fahrradwege. Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter!

Sehr schönes und modernes Ferienhaus im Grünen

Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Haus im Grünen zwischen Soulac und Verdon, ruhige Lage, Straße ca. 100m entfernt, wenig Verkehr, kaum zu hören. Gute Zimmeraufteilung: ein Schlafbereich mit Ankleide und großzügigem Bad, gegenüberliegend 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad und separatem WC, zentral Küche mit Wohn-/Essbereich, alles neu eingerichtet! Große Terrasse und Garten mit Grill und Plancha, Tischtennisplatte und schattigem Leseplatz Strand 10min zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Soulac oder Verdon je 5min mit dem Auto, Hauptstrand von Soulac 10min mit dem Auto. Vermieterehepaar sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
