About this property

Spotless Mid Century Modern

This home features an open layout with natural light highlighting the hardwoods floors and vibrant pops of color. Open the french doors to the back patio, and fenced in back yard. Enjoy firing up a BBQ and relaxing in the hot tub with views of the Jemez mountains. Use our separate TV room / work space with a desk and couch to relax or work. Internet service of 100Mbps, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The outdoor space is fantastic and totally private with a high fence all the way around. This in conjunction with the deck and easy access to both living spaces is very unique and creates an awesome flow for entertaining and relaxing. Both owners live close by and are readily available, no property management company to haggle with. The home has an extremely quiet HVAC with heat and AC, plus the home has a real presence in its design and colors which helps create lasting memories.

Everything in the home is accessible, including laundry, to guests except for one locked owners closet in the hallway.

I am available as needed and am happy to offer local suggestions I have lived in northern NM for 20 years so have a lot of advice!

The home is a very walkable neighborhood making it easy to get around. Spend the day relaxing in the park before going to one of the many eclectic cafes in the area. And head to the famed Canyon Road where galleries and restaurants await.

Very close to public transportation, bike riding anywhere in town is easy from here. And there is ample parking.

Trash day is on Wednesday. On that morning the host or cohost might come by to move outside trash bin from driveway to street curb, and back again after trash has been collected. Guests don't need to do anything.

Ski getaway

This property is fantastic. It is beautiful inside with everything you need and the outdoor space with the hot tub is fabulous. The location is very convenient for eating, shopping, getting into the ski hill. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations!

Can't say enough great things about this place! Clean, cozy, had everything we needed and more. Hot tub was such a great added bonus! The neighborhood was quiet and only a couple miles from the plaza. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Our favorite stay so far

We truly enjoyed every space in this property and the location was perfect. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the furnishings were cozy, and the outdoor area was amazing! We walked to Clafoutis every day for a treat and enjoyed the wonderful weather. Thank you so much for making our family getaway so perfect!

The house was beautiful inside and out! Wonderful remodel! The hot tub was incredible after skiing! The location of the home is ideal as we were close to so many things! We loved that there was parking off the street. Overall, wonderfully stay! We would stay here again!

Perfect stay

The house is lovely, very nicely decorated with comfortable and stylish furnishings. Check in was very simple. The beds were comfortable. We did not cook at all but the kitchen has very nice and current appliances. Interacting with the owner was a pleasure. The location is excellent. We will return!

Beautiful place!

The house and location are great! The house is so clean and nicely organized, and everything seemed new! We loved our stay here, especially relaxing in the hot tub in the evening! The house is a short walk through the South Capitol neighborhood into downtown and a short drive to almost everything in Santa Fe. There is also a standalone room with a desk that was perfect for working, with fast internet. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house and location. It was as pictured had hot tub, outdoor propane fire pit and a seperate room with washer and dryer. The main part of the house living and modern kitchen area as well as 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

The home was perfect. Everything it was advertised as and supposed to be. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to downtown santa fe and easy to get everywhere from. Everything was spotlessly clean and seemingly brand new, with a well-stocked kitchen. ...And the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful house in a central location

The Triple L!

Location,location,location. This house is close to everything you might want to explore in Santa Fe. But it’s tucked into a sweet neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re part of it all. When the days activities were done the bubbly jacuzzi eased you into evening getting you ready to venture out again.

Nice place close to everything!

Wonderful stay. Travel was 12 minutes or less to museums, galleries and central downtown. Great place to eat within walking distance, as well as grocery and drug store. We enjoyed the extra large TV room for doing yoga, the hot tub was fabulous after long days on our feet, the kitchen had everything we needed, and internet was very good. The beds were ok and we bought pillows because the provided ones were not comfortable. But all in all, this is a great place to stay!!!!

Lovely, cozy getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this little house! It was clean, beautifully appointed, and was fully stocked on items that one might need. The yard was a quiet oasis that was perfect for the bright but cool days in early May. There were a couple of great restaurants within walking distance (but use caution and common sense after dark around that main road), and it was a breeze getting to downtown by rideshare. Owner reached out for anything we needed, which we didn’t. I would most definitely love to come back!

All of the comforts of home and more

This house was exactly as described. Everything felt brand new . There was lots of light and the space is tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a few meals at home. The beds were comfortable and there are 3 TVs so there is no arguing over the remote! The neighborhood felt very safe and we could walk to Trader Joes and CVS. Whole Foods was a short drive away as was the Plaza and Canyon Road. Very centrally located for exploring Santa Fe. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Check in and out was simple. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Santa Fe.

Perfect Location, Described accurately

Wonderful home, made me want to live there. Beautifully decorated and clean. Short walk to Trader Joe's, location gets you into downtown within minutes of driving. Easy drive up to the college. Quiet neighborhood, secure. Plan to stay here on all my future visits to Santa Fe. Owner has thought of everything including a manual of the property as well as places to eat and play in town.
