Walk, bike, hike to the University of Montana, downtown, or to the nearby Kim Williams trail, Rattlesnake Wilderness Area, and a myriad of hiking trails.
Enjoy the mountains in the sun drenched dining/living room on the main floor. WiFi throughout. 55' inch RokuTV complete with Hulu and Netflix in the lower level living area. Board games available.
Enjoy morning coffee, lunch or dinner on the creekside patio. Take in the sun, kayakers, and seasonal birds (osprey, merganser ducks, dippers etc). Backyard is complete with bistro set, wicker chairs, picnic table & grill.
