Welcome to our serene and very private home in Palm Springs! The house has all the comfort and amenities you are looking for: lush grounds with several quiet sitting areas, a chef's gourmet kitchen, a handmade Moroccan fireplace, outdoor gas fireplace, oversized master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and dual sinks in the master suite with French doors that lead to a gorgeous outdoor living room deck, a day bed that overlooks the pool area. In the evening, this area is illuminated with Moroccan lanterns and you can have dinner on the patio or near the BBQ area.

The house was built by a pool contractor and it is the jewel of the property. It's a Pebble-Tec pool divided into three parts: a spa, wading area where you can sit and enjoy a drink, then swim under the small bridge into the main area of the pool. There's also an outdoor grill, a gated driveway, and two-car garage. The house completely enveloped within mature tall hedges and fountains. Close to shopping, restaurants, gym, and Downtown Palm Springs.

This is not a flipped property or a party house- the home is owned by three siblings who have thoughtfully created a space that is peaceful and relaxing.

IMPORTANT: Before you request a reservation, please consider the following: you will likely hear planes from the airport. The airport is in the middle of town and it’s not easy to escape. Pool heat is extra $65 per day and should be arranged prior to your stay if you want a heated pool upon arrival. Spa heat only is complimentary. There is a Palm Springs Noise Ordinance: no outdoor music or any amplified noise is permitted outdoors and outdoor quiet time begins at 10 p.m. The City issues fines for noise violations and we also impose a hefty fee if there is a violation. Guests are required to sign a Contract agreeing to abide by the City Ordinance.

Pool is Great - Rest of Property In Need of Upkeep

First, the pool/spa is the best part about this property and was certainly the highlight of our stay. It's a little smaller than I imagined from pictures but still large enough to enjoy. And it was by far the most enjoyable part of the property. The rest of the house really needs some maintenance, deep cleaning, and refreshing. A few things we experienced: the window in the primary bedroom cannot close all the way, the bathtub in the room with two beds didn't drain (and clearly had past issues as it was pried open with a spoon when we arrived), the same bathroom had the toilet running non-stop and has a door that is unable to close properly. There is a broken tile in the primary bathroom, there were broken electrical outlets, and lots of wires hanging out of TVs. The entire place needs a deep cleaning and the dishes all felt dirty. Overall, we enjoyed being outside but didn't feel at home or able to relax and enjoy inside. Some upkeep and maintenance is needed on this property. We only stayed two nights, but if it had been more, we certainly would have been working with the manager to find alternative arrangements.

Great get away

We enjoyed our staycation, we live in SD and wanted to get away to a home with a pool with privacy. This was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy the pool.
