Pretty Villa located in Drôme Provençale in a 2,000 m2 oak grove, in the heart of the vineyards and just 20 minutes from the A7 motorway exit.
Taste the peace and quiet of the place, by the pool, on a hammock in the shade of oaks or during a game of pétanque near the olive trees. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the vineyards: a true haven of peace with family or friends.
Not far from the main tourist sites of Drôme, Ardèche and Vaucluse you can enjoy all the charms of Provence. Region rich in history (castles, monuments), culture (festivals, concerts), gastronomy (wines, truffles, olives) many activities are possible in the surroundings (canoeing, cycling, hiking).

Housing:
No vis-à-vis, view of the vineyards, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail on the horizon.
The house is composed of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including an independent parental suite around the swimming pool protecting it from the mistral.
The house is very well equipped and has all the necessary comfort (wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, Weber gas BBQ, American fridge, etc.)
A trampoline, a swing and board games are also available for children.
