The house is ideally located in the middle of the vineyards of the Rhone coast and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Dentelles de Montmirail.

The house is fully equipped with electric heating with thermostat, open fire "cassette", wifi with extension in the garden, satellite TV TNT, HiFi system, ...

It can accommodate up to 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed + sofa bed in the living room) and is composed as follows:

- A comfortable living room with television (LED 4K, TNT) and stereo. The sofa is also convertible into a double bed.

Fantastique

Lovely and comfortable house. It has everything you need and the terrace, garden and pool are perfect. Excellent beds, The weather was cold so we had to spend our evenings inside, and used the heating which was excellent too. Second time in this house and hopefully we will be back! Thank you Bernard.

Wonderful Property, fantastic location

We had a fabulous 2 week stay in this house, the facilities inside the house were brilliant, and the outside space and pool made the holiday amazing. Our kids swam everyday and loved the pool - it is a great size for a family. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evening. The location is really great - located close to SĂ©guret and Sablet both of which are lovely picturesque villages and Vaison-La-Romaine is a short drive away. Bernard was a great host with good communication. We had a fantastic two week holiday and would highly recommend this house for families.

Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat den Pool beheizt so dass wir ihn gut nutzen konnten, obwohl es noch April war.Die Lage und auch die Aussicht sind bestens.Wir kommen wieder!

Nous sommes partis une semaine Ă  8 avec des adolescents. Le sĂ©jour Ă©tait agrĂ©able, la maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Notre hĂŽte Bernard s’est rendu trĂšs disponible et bienveillant. Nous avons subi 1semaine de canicule et il n’y a pas de climatisation rĂ©elle, mais une Clim mobile (ce qui est juste) pour toute la maison.

Perfekter Ort um sich zu entspannen

Sehr, sehr erholsam. Wir haben den Blick von der Terrasse in die Natur und auf das schöne Dorf Séguret sehr genossen. Séguret liegt so zentral, dass man eine Vielzahl von schönen Ausflugszielen ansteuern kann. Sehr schön ist auch der Feierabendmarkt in Séguret. In dem Haus ist viel Platz und der Pool war in einem top Zustand. Da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

SEULEMENT 3 jours!! Beau site ouvert sur le ciel, Seguret et le couchant!! Villa bien Ă©quipĂ©e, cheminĂ©e bienvenue, espace vie trĂšs agrĂ©able, bonne literie, terrain spacieux, terrain de pĂ©tanque prisĂ© (mĂȘme Ă  NOEL!!) Tout bien. Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in malerischer Umgebung

perfekte Aufteilung des Hauses mit quasi zwei separaten Wohneinheiten jeweils bestehend aus Schlafzimmern und Bad, Matratzen sehr bequem, großzĂŒgige Terrasse mit Windschutz, so dass man auch bei Mistral draußen sitzen kann, traumhafte Ausblicke auf SĂ©guret, ĂŒber die Weinfelder und auf die untergehende Sonne, Pool war leider abgedeckt, so dass er in keiner Weise nutzbar war

Excellent views in a wonderful location

We had a fabulous stay at this villa on the outskirts of Seguret, a beautiful Provencal village. The villa had everything we needed and the outside area by the pool was fantastic, with stunning views of Seguret, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the surrounding vineyards - the days we spent relaxing there were idyllic. The villa was ideally situated for days out to local hilltop villages and wine regions, and there are many chateaux and Roman ruins to explore in the area too. For excellent meals with friendly service, you only have to walk 5 minutes to the local hotel. Bernard was a responsive and helpful host, available to answer any queries and provide any assistance we required. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would look forward to returning in the future.

Urlaub mit unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten

Einrichtungen des Hauses erfĂŒllen Urlaubsanforderungen vollstĂ€ndig . KĂŒche, Pool, Bouleplatz, große GartenfreiflĂ€che. Terrassenmöblierung passt sich schlecht an den Gast an, eher umgekehrt. Landschftsblicke wunderbar, SonnenuntergĂ€nge sensationell, reiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Antike und in mittelalterliche provenzalische Orte auch zu den Lavendelfeldern und natĂŒrlich der Wein, auch rustikale Steinofenbrot in Seguret. ResĂŒmee: fast alles 1. Klasse
