Chic Sunny Beach House less than a Mile from Nokomis Beach

Beautiful Happy Beach House feeling. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is ensuite, and the other 2 rooms share the other bathroom. There are 3 bar stools at the counter in the kitchen, and 2 big chairs and a TV in a space next to the kitchen. The sunroom has a cozy corner couch with another big TV.
The big room in the center has a table that seats 10 for family style meals. The screened in porch has another family style table and looks out to the fenced front yard. It is a nice, safe walk or bike to the beach only 0.8 miles away. The house is light and airy and has a true beachy feeling. There is a BBQ outside for use, as well as a badminton net and racquets, croquet set, and boules. There are 4 adult size bikes for use The supermarket, bank, Starbucks, gas station and excellent Chinese take out etc is only a few minutes (less than 5) away! Dunkin fans - like me - have a 5-7 min drive for a store.
There are two additional twin size beds available that could be set up in any of the bedrooms if you need additional beds.
Casey Key is one of the most beautiful islands in America and is less than a mile from the house.The parking there is free, and available. You can walk for miles on a beautiful sand beach and find hundreds of pink and white shells. The Key has a road that provides a great run or bike ride right along the water. It is beautiful. Great beachy restaurants right near by - even walkable - with local fresh fish catch. There is a great sports bar tiki style restaurant less than a mile away for sports fans. This is a great place for a family vacation or reunion.
