Walking distance to Legacy trail (over 20 miles from Venice to Sarasota), tennis courts, playground at Nokomis park. Lots of restaurants only a few minutes away, some walking distance. Fast 500GB up/down internet speed around the property. 5 smart TV’s including one in Tiki Bar. Tiki bar with lots of grilling space ( including Traeger) is nested next to a heated pool. Fully stocked kitchen and stylish dining room that will make you want to eat at home. House is beach ready with chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon. 0.6 acres with tons of parking on the premises. Fully fenced back yard with mature trees, plants, swings and fire pit area. Very quiet neighborhood in cul-de-sac.

We enjoyed the home and pool very much. The location of the property was very convenient to beaches, restaurants and traveling to and from Sarasota sights and airport. The house had everything we needed. There was only two of us staying, but I could see the large home would be great for families. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Amazing Beach Rental

We had the absolute best time staying at Tiki Oasis. The house was perfect for our group (four adults and one toddler) - we had enough "together" space but could let the baby nap in his own room. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all well sized and located in the home. The easy drive to the beach was unbeatable. We spent most of our days lazing around the pool and ventured to the beach at night and it was easy breezy. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The hot tub was hot, the pool was warm, and we enjoyed both daily. Watching a football game on the outdoor TV while sitting in the hot tub was a highlight.The house was clean, well appointed, and very spacious with a great layout that wraps around the pool. We loved being just steps from the pool with plenty of shade, loungers, and a large, nice yard. The beds were comfortable, and it was a big plus that each bedroom had its own bathroom.We also had fun playing ping pong and enjoyed the close proximity to the Sunset Hut where we enjoyed live music while watching the sunset with our feet in the sand. Highly recommend the Tiki Oasis!

House was clean and taken care of. Nothing worked in the Tiki Hut as it didn’t have power to use the TV or amenities.The pool had algae buildup along the walls and had not been cleaned on our arrival. Had to clean it myself for the kids to use the pool which is why we booked this place.House is modern but the AC units are not. During the heat of the day, the units could only keep the house at 77 with it being 90 outside. If arriving at night, now there is a vehicle parked in the garage that’s not listed in the details.
