Condo in perfect location for beach, action and restaurants. Beds comfortable. Did not have video games as advertised. No pool but lazy river might have been better. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. Very responsive to calls and text.

We enjoyed the place very much. Only problem, everyone had dirty feet or dirty socks. Floors were not washed.

We are glad you enjoyed the villa. The floors are mopped for every guest before they check in, and our manager/inspector takes pictures of the floor being mopped. I think the problem is any dirt that gets onto guest’s feet is being trampled into the villas. We ask the HOA to clean the outside breezeways as often as they can in summer to help reduce dirt getting tracked into the villas.

Very nice condo. Plenty of room for a large family. We enjoyed the convenience to activities. One block walk to the beach. Condo was very clean with plenty of towels and necessities. Two refrigerators was a bonus. Kids enjoyed the lazy river/ pool area. Parking was under the building which was nice. Vehicle wasn’t baking in the sun. Close to everything. Walking distance to many activities. Would highly recommend!

We had about 10 people on this trip for my Mom's 80th birthday. The place was huge, 2 stories, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A little bit south of the insanity that can happen on the beach which was nice. Full kitchen (we didn't use it much other than coffee). It was a million times better than being in 3-4 different hotel rooms which made the higher price a good deal.

Everything was great just as advertised. 2 refrigerators 1 for beer and the other for food. Everyone got a king sized bed. Only advice is theres no picture of olbuikding itself so when we arived it was a little guess work to where we were supoosed to go. Otherwise all in all great place to stay

A Great Stay!

We stayed for a youth conference at Myrtle Beach and had a great time at this location. It's right next to the beach, has a pool area available, and the villa itself was great. If you're looking for a nice place to sleep at, eat at, and relax at then this is a great option!

Super convenient location! Five minutes from the airport, easy access, hot tubs were awesome and the beach super easy being across the street! The pool table and fooz ball was a hit for the kids!!

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and convention center. Condo was clean, linens fresh. Plenty of beds for adults to sleep and rest comfortably. Would consider staying here again.
