Tray ceilings, paneled interior doors and crown molding accent the interior of this mint condition beach house. Each bedroom has its own bath and three feature huge walk-in tiled showers. This home offers a two car garage and three covered patios with the top floor patio offering spectacular sunrises which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. -Parking is tight and extremely limited. Maximum number of spaces available is 3. Any additional vehicles will need to park on 74th Ave N (first come first served)

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 4 night minimum outside summer season.

Really nice place

Great family beach vacation rental home

My family really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and the communication with the host was good via email and text. We truly enjoyed having a full bathroom for each room which was a high priority from my family and the beach was walking distance.

Great Place to Stay!!!

We stayed in this beach house for a golf trip. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and layout!! We each had our own room, tv, and bath. We loved having the elevator and the two car garage also! We reported an issue with the TVs that was promptly and professionally addressed. We would recommend this beach house and would stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you could think of.The only problem was that the hot water tank was too small for the unit. We had 9 people in the house so before everyone could shower, the water was cold. That was a problem that needs to be addressed.
