4 Bdrm Condo Ocean Front! Wonderful Furnishings.

Welcome to our beach front vacation home at Ocean Blue in Myrtle Beach, SC. This million dollar condo unit is decorated with all the residential features that you would find in your own home, at a rentable reasonable price. The condo is located on the 8th floor ,center unit, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a spectacular view.

This condo holds up to 10 people comfortably, perfect for a family vacation or an executive golfer trip with friends. We have 4 dedicated bedrooms with 5 deluxe beds. All bedrooms have Sony-HD flat panel LCD TVs with cable. An entertainment center is located in the living room with a Sony-HD 52' TV with blue-ray player, Apple TV and home theater, just in case you want to see a sports game or movie in style. Dedicated land line is available at no cost for our guest inside the unit, for all local calls. High-speed wireless internet access is available from anywhere in the unit or site at no cost, for those business executives or family.

You can checkin to the unit as early as 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and the check out time is 10:00am on the day of your departure.

A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river, Jacuzzi, exercise room. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance.

This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building and unit so you will never lose keys. Building is very clean and well maintained facility. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (3rd Floor) for your own/rented vehicle as well as a visitor spot for that extra vehicle. You are only allowed to have 2 vehicles parked in the Ocean Blue Garage. Please note that no motorcycles, trailers or RVs are allowed. For additional parking there is a garage next door that charges per day per vehicle at an extra price.

Our golfing group has stayed in other units at this property and this is by far the best. Clean, well furnished and the 65 inch upgraded TV was a hit for watching sports. Adolph Miranda was the best and most responsive host I have worked with. Highly recommend.

Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only issue we had was parking. We had a 4 bedroom condo but were only provided 2 parking spots. We had to pay to park our third car at another hotel. That was our only complaint.

Great place to stay !

My family stayed here for a week, it was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen is stocked with all the things you need , just bought groceries and cooked our meals . Clean , pools are great ! Easy access to beach. Easy access to attractions and things to do in Myrtle Beach, would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was stunning! Really appreciated the hand soap in each bathroom, the dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher soap being included in the rental. We will stay here again for our next trip!

Spacious condo and beautiful view!

Our group (6 women) was so happy with picking this condo! It was well kept, nice furniture, very clean, spacious, many appliances in the kitchen, beach items in the closet, comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. The weather was so nice outside that we didn't get to use the indoor pool, lazy river or hot tub on the bottom floor of the building. Our favorite spot was the balcony; great place to start the day and end the day. The location of the condo was great too and it was a quiet building. The condo owner was very quick to respond to our questions.

Most Comfortable Family Vacation

We have a large family and brought 2 high school friends. More than enough room for the 9 of us. The beds and linnens are top quality, TVs in every room. Easy access to the beach with a short walk to great resturants. Less than 10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport. We will definetly be back!!!!!

The condo was as pictured. Set up nicely with bathrooms for each bedroom. Beds were very comfortable and everything was provided. Parking is a pain if you have more than two cars but you can pay to park next door just inconvenient. Perfect setting for 3 couples or a family. Beach was empty in March. Would consider staying here again.

Forget your Bad shots !!!

No matter what happened on the Golf course all week, I instantly forgot about it when I returned to Ocean Blue. . . the only negative was that parking spaces were a bit narrow.

We hope that you enjoy and relish the time spent in our condo, as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Couple years ago we came to play golf in Myrtle Beach and another person recommend this property for our corporate gulf trip. It was a perfect location, 10 minutes away from the airport and the beach is just a couple of steps away from the building. Not to mention the amazing condo unit, everything was top of the line perfect for my business guest. After a great round of golf the group went to the condo, relaxed on the ocean or some went to the hot tub / pool. It had everything we needed plus it was secure.

What makes this property unique

The best part of this condo unit is that it can be used for business or simply come down and have a great week with the family. The ocean is right there and the sunsets are magnificent from the balcony on the 8th Floor. The airport is less than 10 minutes away, so you don't have to worry about those long 30 minutes expensive taxi rides. Just over all its a great place to relax and enjoy Myrtle Beach.
