Wonderful Vacation Home

This was our second consecutive year staying at the Camden house, and we have already booked a return trip for next year. Certain issues from the first stay have been taken care of, and, apart from the inclement weather, we spent a marvelous four weeks in the best area in the valley.

Awesome house

The house was very comfortable and spacious. I stayed 2 months there with my 3 teen and preteen kids and it was great. There were a couple small issues that came up but nothing terrible. The ice maker didn't work and the water would get pretty warm even on the cold side but other than that it was amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Winter sunshine

We very much enjoyed the back yard most days. The house was nice, but very short on soaps, tp, dishwashers pods, paper towels, etc. Between the Four of us, found 6 wash clothes. We had to clean the lower oven before we could use it. I would suggest a chair for the bedrooms. The house itself was very nice.

Good, but needs some TLC

Overall nice house, but could use some TLC. The patio door track is broken and needs replaced making it difficult to open and close, and there is no screen door. The yard is nice other than the dirt areas along the patio and the weeds in the lawn. A few more chairs at the outdoor table would be nice. The lemon and orange trees are great. There were a few other minor issues that the property manager looked after in a timely manner.

Camden house

The house needs updating. Backyard also needs updating. There were cables outside hanging super low.Didn’t have enough hangers, master shower door didn’t close all the way, drawers in master bath didn’t close either. The slider door was so hard to close. The pool was dirty most of the time.The water filtration was at a constant gurgling which was annoying when watching tv.

Queen creek local

Property has not been maintained through the years. No one checks on HVAC filters- I had them replaced as they were filthy. Patio door is broken needs refurbish or replace. Ceramic floors throughout house need cleaning and reseal. No garage door opener. All windows filthy - inside and out, no replacement sheets - had property owner order and deliver for king and queen beds. Washer and dishwasher required cleaning before use. Shower enclosure glass requires good scrubbing to remove dirt. Had to scrub all pots and pans to remove dirt and grime using “Bartenders”. Several lights were out (6) throughout house. Both front and back water houses lay dry rotted. Property manager delivered new hose. In general, property is not maintained just used and abused. Have not received response from anyone identifying whom is responsible for the home maintenance upkeep. It’s a shame, because place is relativity nice but could be much better.

Great home in a superb location.

This home is close to a plethora of shopping areas, and to freeways going in all directions. For amenities: well-equipped kitchen, lots of bedding and towels, well-furnished patio, very comfortable living room. There were a few issues in the early days of our stay, some of which were resolved immediately and a couple that are scheduled. We are already booked for a return stay next winter.

Arizona lockup

The description of this home was accurate, but I'm pretty sure we were the first renters. It didn't seem like they were prepared for us. In other Airbnb that we've been to the kitchen was stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Since we landed here during the corona crisis, we did alot of cooking at home. There was only 1 large frying pan, and just a few spices. It was clean but there was trash on the side of the house. No TV internet, so no net flicks or Hulu, but there was a pretty good selection of channels. They could have had some written instructions for the tv. The pool was very cold, but it was nice to lay in the sunshine. In their defence we haven't been to alot of airbnb's so we didn't read the description of the property well. The ones we had been to were better stocked with cooking supplies They didn't respond quickly to our calls. I don't think we would go back, but there was alot of room. It wasn't bad but the price was high for what we got. They did let us stay an extra 17 days for a reduced price as our other plans were cancelled. I'm giving them a great because of that.
