Relaxing and quiet neighborhood. The house was amazing with its open floor plan and comfy beds and couches. We enjoyed our time and spent a sunny afternoon by the pool (too cold for me but our son enjoyed it). Clause was amazing and even made sure we had our morning coffee for when we arrived. Highly recommend this place.

The house was in pristine condition. It was decorated for Christmas with 5 full size lighted Christmas trees plus many assorted Christmas decorations. It looked like a model home.

This place is FANTASTIC! We highly recommend! The house is new and clean and beautifully appointed. The pool and backyard is great (we were here in December and used it as a cold plunge ) but we were still able to layout in the sun. The house is well stocked with cookware and appliances, a keurig with pods- the kitchen has everything you need! Check in before you go to the grocery store- they already provided a lot of things we didn’t expect to be provided!! Claude, the host, is fantastic and responsive! He was absolutely wonderful to us and made us feel very welcome with a handwritten welcome note and check in’s on VRBO.

We violated the “house rules” which we thought literally pertained to the house, by having a family member that brought a dog on the exterior property. We acknowledge the violation however we learned that the property owner was monitoring our family visit in the backyard. We then saw that all of his exterior cameras (that weren’t disclosed to us) we set to record anytime we walked in front of them. This was particularly concerning considering there was one camera trained on the pool area where my family was laying in the son.
