Downtown PS Condo, 1 Level, Laundry, Parking, Pool/Spa

The condo one of only six units in the complex. It is one story with high ceilings, no steps, and no one above or below. The condo is 765 square foot with two bathrooms on either side of a bathtub/shower room, so two people sharing the condo each have their own bathroom. The condo has its own laundry room, rather than community laundry, which is a rare find for this area. Additionally, there is both a front patio, and a very private back patio for sunning. The condo comes with one dedicated covered parking space.

The Movie Colony Condos has a community pool (unheated) and a spa, at the front of the complex, only for the six units. The condo has a completely renovated kitchen opening to the living room and dining room. The living room has a 55 inch TV, and includes NetFlix and about 20 local channels (including ABC, CBS, NBC, KCET, NHK, movie channels, sci-fi channel). The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress, and a built-in dresser in the bedroom closet, TV, and a computer desk with a printer for your convenience. In short, this condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation or extended stay. The condo is available to one or two people, and is non-smoking. No pets. A 30 day minimum stay is required.

Wonderful Stayin Palm Springs

Great place. Very comfortable and convenient location for walking to uptown, downtown and Ruth Hardy park. Claude is a gracious host and very responsive. We wish it was not already booked by someone else for next year!

Excellent condo & gracious host

The apartment was perfect and Claude is a wonderful host. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking downtown or uptown with a wonderful park close by. The small gated parking space was an added bonus and made us feel comfortable that our car was safe. We would love to stay again should we return to Palm Springs.

Movie Colony Condos

Perfect!

We just spent an absolutely perfect month in Palm Springs. Excellent location, steps from downtown and great restaurants and bars. Quiet and safe. The unit itself is very comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit was also a huge plus+ Everything you need is there as far as kitchen items, too. Claude is an excellent host!

Walker’s Dream on Indian Canyon

We rented Claude’s property because of location to restaurants, walking and biking in Old Las Palmas. We were not disappointed. The automatic door entrance and wall reduce traffic noise so once in we were very comfortable. One street behind us was Movie Colony so another area to explore and walk. Eight4Nine, Jake’s, and Trio only a few blocks away. Also an in unit washer and drier was particularly useful for our month long stay. Claude is very responsive and even replaced two patio chairs while we were there.

Ultra modern quiet and clean in a ghreat location

The owner is also a fantastic Host. My "check-in" was more like a welcoming reception with a very detailed tour and, as I am not up to date on the latest internet TV and WIFI, received an excellent block of instruction that got me up to speed. If you want to be near great dining, nightlife and/or relax in solitude with a modern fully equipped kitchen, private patio(s) with 24 hour pool and hot tub, then this place is a definite must. I stayed a month and hope the unit is available next year.
