Old but Silver

Location and communication were superb. The house is directly by the sea, with a beach just a few minutes away. The agency was very helpful and friendly. However, the house is quite dated and has a musty smell. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and eventually stopped working altogether.

Preis/Leistung mangelhaft

Die Villa leidet unter einem signifkanten Instandhaltungsstau. Dachbalken morsch und von Termiten zerfressen. Aufdringlicher Fäkaliengeruch im Hauptbad. Sonnenliegen wie vom Gebrauchtmarkt. Schimmel an den Aussenwänden. Küche und Küchengeräte dringend auszutauschen/verschmutzt. Duschvorhang alt. Gardinen ungewaschen mit Flecken. Sofas durchgesessen und ebenfalls mit Flecken. Gesamtausstattung unpassend zur Preiskategorie. Gute Lagen, tolle Aussicht.

8/10 Good

Wonderful views and pool area.

Personal: 7,5 Limpieza: 7,5 Ubicación: 10 Instalaciones y servicios: 7,5 Confort: 7,5 Relación calidad-precio: 7,5 + We had a lovely holiday the views were amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views and pool area. - When we arrived we had to stand in the sun with 2 small children while we waited for the key. We had rung the agent before leaving home and they agreed a 2 o'clock check in but no one had told the owner. Upstairs bathroom needs updating. Children's high chair had no straps and the cot had a gap between the mattress and the side which the baby slipped into.
