This second floor condo is conveniently located in Hampstead's Pointe Villas. Near Topsail beach. We are about 16 minutes from the beach. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with washer and dryer. We offer all the amenities. It sleeps 6 comfortably; two queen beds and a queen air mattress, featuring sky lights and a bright & spacious layout for all your needs and comfort. Enjoy the beautiful setting from the screened in porch if you want a little rest and relaxation, with access from the master bedroom and living room.

We have great accommodations for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and military personnel. There are a variety of activities to see and do, like the Battleship North Carolina, Azalea Festival, and Wrightsville Beach.

This condo does not have a pool available. Children over 12 recommended.
NO SMALL CHILDREN.

We are conveniently located minutes from Topsail Island, Surf City Beach, and walking distance to Belvedere golf course. An opportunity to be close to a public boat launch 7 miles away, beaches and 20 minutes from the city of Wilmington, 20 miles from Wilmington airport, 30 minutes to UNCW and 36 minutes from Jacksonville. Camp Lejeune is about 30 minutes away.

Excellent location for our needs. Condo was clean and adequately the kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking in. Unfortunately, it was pollen season and we couldn't enjoy the screened in porch.

Linda made our trip easy - communicating ahead of arrival and throughout the stay. The condo was spacious and clean. Located near Ironclad Golf club allowed for easy access to entertainment with bands playing music on the weekend.

Pleasant Surprise

The location is quiet and well maintained. Upon entering the condo it not only looked clean but also smelled clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will be sure to stay here again for our next visit to the area.

Great Beaches!
