STUDIO AT THE WORLDS MOST FAMOUS BEACH

Stand Up or Bar Stool Balcony with Partial Ocean View. Ocean front pool. Walking distance to Main Street, Ocean Walk, Seabreeze Blvd and all attractions in the Daytona Beach side and River Walk area. 5 miles from airport and International Speedway stadium. 1 Queen size bed and convertible Queen size futon sleeps 4. Tub & Shower. Mini kitchen with sink, mini frig, microwave, toaster, 2 burner cooktop, coffee maker & utensils. Cable Roku TV, WiFi. Free parking. Linens provided.

IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFO
When you arrive, you must get the parking permit which is on the back of the entry door in the room. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes without the permit you are at risk of being towed so keep an eye on your vehicle in case the tow truck is patrolling the parking lot.
Hang parking permit from rear view mirror. You can then park in any available space in the lot. Keep parking permit visible to avoid being towed.

The condo only has parking space for one vehicle per room and no trailers.
If you have a second vehicle or trailer, contact owner for additional parking.

All bed linens are provided. 2 Wash Cloths, 2 Hand Towels, 1 Bath Towel per Person + 2 Extra Bath Towels are included. Pool/Beach towels are not included. Guests may want to bring some of their own towels. There is laundry soap in the room, and a coin laundry in the building in case guests want to wash any linens.

Had difficulty getting into the unit, BUT Bruce answered late and made sure we got in. The property did not have working a/c, but Bruce made sure to have a a/c unit temporarily put in to make sure we had a/c, which we greatly appreciated.Unit was clean and we had no issues until the last night. On the last night we killed 12 cockroaches, which made it very uncomfortable and uneasy to stay there to sleep.

Short getaway

The condo was in a great condition, perfect location,very clean and well maintained.. Locals were very friendly..Had a question about the door and Bruce was very responsive got back to me right away..I would recommend staying here and I would love to stay there again when I come back to Daytona..

Nice area for walking on the boardwalk

The unit we stayed in was just as listed and clean. We were very disappointed the pool wasn’t open. The air conditioning quit working and the owner quickly brought over a portable air conditioning. We would stay here again.

The linens should be upgraded to luxury thread count plain white, also need a matching comforter to match. Need to have a minimum of 4 hotel quality queen size luxury pillows as well, pillow cases with a good thread count…I would upgrade the matress as well to at least a serta inner spring 10 to 12 inch thick with a box spring… Walls need to be primed and paint with some good thick one coat paint. Flooring was in good shape. Just need to get all the things to match the right way on the aesthetics to turn it into a top quality apartment room.. Needs some nice pieces of Beach art on the walls in a couple places need to upgrade to a decorative room ceiling fan as well. This place is great for a stay, but it could be a lot more inviting, attractive and pleasant with a few more investment dollars and effort put into it…location is great, walk ability is superb, has a nice pool, just need more TLC on that apartment to spruce it up….then you’ll have a real winner.

You get what you paid for!

Luckily I read all of the reviews before hand so I wasn’t too surprised by a lot. The AC unit will never be working again, I read reviews so expected this to not be working, owner told us in the check in instructions it wasn’t working. I feel that should be part of the description of the property at this point. Then the second day pest control came in unannounced, ok no biggie. But then roaches are everywhere. Sitting in the bathroom baby roaches running across the floor. Pick something up roaches coming out of it. Then the water gets turned off, once again no big deal we were warned but then the next day when everyone’s trying to use the bathroom as they wake up and start making breakfast the water is shut off again. I message the host because no warning and he says that an unexpected water problem happened. Which is laughable because the way the construction in the building never stopped for the whole week there nothing should be unexpected. Also there is hardly a balcony or ocean view. Lastly the elevators certifications expired in 2015 and 2020 and at one point marked as out of order. Terrifying…. A lot of these things I don’t blame the host for, what I do blame him for is the lack of transparency of the buildings extra curriculars that are constantly going on.

Great Stay

Had an excellent time! Room was clean and exactly as pictured! Overall, everything was nice and clean except for the pool. The pool needed to be cleaned badly. This is not on the owner so no blame to him. Cute little place and perfect for what we needed. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Perfect for my needs

I live in the area. House was being tented for termites. Needed a place locally/affordable to stay for a few nights. Suited my needs perfectly. Place was very clean.

A very cool studio on the beach

The property was ideal. I got to run on the beach every morning and see the ocean from the balcony. Bruce was a great manager. He had it stocked with all we needed and his communication was not only perfect but I had made a mistake on the dates and he quickly fixed it for me even after the cut off date. We really enjoyed out week on Daytona beach.

Great price for race weekend

We weren't able to enjoy all the amenities because of the weather, but it was nice to have a place with a beautiful view to wake up to! It's a good place to stay with easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.

This place is perfect for a get away! The condo has everything you need and it is in an amazing location! The pool was really nice and the beach is steps away! This place was exactly what the add says. The air didn’t work good but the host did everything he could to accommodate us. The pool was great easy access to beach. Would come back.

It wasn’t bad but the fact we only got 5 towels for 4 people and weren’t told we couldn’t get clean ones that we had to wash what we had was my problem. They never told us this. Fridge also didn’t keep stuff real cold. They left a wet mop in the closet as well. Ceiling fan didn’t work either.

Great Spring Break!

My friend and I stayed 6 days for Spring break and had a great time! The first night, we ubered to Seabreeze Blvd which is where most of the clubs were, but when we walked back to the Vrbo, we realized the walk wasn’t bad at all. We ended up walking everywhere and never had to drive to the clubs/bars/restaurants. It saved us a lot on gas and parking. We never drove further than 15 minutes to get anywhere and with the time we saved, we did more than we planned! Being right on the beach was a huge plus and having access to and from the beach was convenient. The only downside for us was that the spring breakers were further down the beach than us because the boardwalk is over there but even still, the walk wasn’t terrible. If we were looking for something a little quieter, it would have been perfect. The pool was too cold to go in, and the pool area is a little small but it wasn’t an issue for us. The room was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. I suggest bringing extra blankets (there was only 1) and a fitted sheet and pillow for the futon if you are going to use it. We were out late most nights, but the one night we stayed in we did notice noise from outside, but like I said, it’s close to literally everything so it was expected. Bruce answered all of our messages within minutes and was very accommodating. I would recommend this place to couples or a group of 1-3 friends. Not families & children Overall, we had so much fun. The place was perfect. 5/5! Thanks Bruce!

Let's tow your rental car.

First I was given the wrong name where we were staying. After spending an hour or more at the wrong place I finally got the right name. When I arrived at our location that made it almost 10 pm. The elevator was out of order at the building so me being 65 and my friend 70 had to walk the steps to get to our room. Before I could get back down to the car to get my friends bag and out the parking g pass in the car it was towed away. The owner new the elevator was out of order days before our trip. We were there 7 days and we got to use the elevator the day we left. The window blinds were messed up. The carpet needed a good cleaning. There was mild on the bathroom ceiling. We had 2 washcloths for the week. The cooking utensils left Teflon in anything cooked in them. The little freezer in the frig was so frosted up you couldn't get anything in it. There was no phone or information about the area for restaurants or shopping or events. I could go on and on but I think I made my point. This was meant to be a fun birthday trip. Not the case.

Riding the storm out

We arrived in Daytona a week before Hurricane Dorian did and decided to stick around despite the evacuation notices. From the balcony, we had a beautiful view of the beach ramp and the ocean. The pools were an enjoyable place to relax between walks on the beach. We didn't spend much time in the room, until the hurricane showed up, but it was perfect for the time we were in it. The balcony is a great place to people watch in the evening hours and it was a short walk to a lot of beach shops, restaurants and night life. 2 years ago, this was a "resort" I would have never pulled into alone as a single woman; it was unbelievable the difference nowadays. There were no "undesirables" or the like any where on the premises. The property owners and managers have worked hard to turn this establishment into a safe place for all beach lovers to enjoy.
