Only 2/10th of mile from the ocean and Duxbury's pristine sandy beach. House comfortably sleeps 9 with 3 bedrooms, a loft, and a pull out couch. Large kitchen and bath, hardwood floors and a porches on both the back and front of the house to enjoy the summer weather. There is a porch off the master bedroom to enjoy a drink or a cup of coffee with views of the marsh and Powder Point Bridge!
This home offers all that you need for a wonderful get away, including linens and towels. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a full day at the beach and air conditioning to keep you cool when you return to the house. Washer/dryer are available in the upstairs bathroom for tenant use. Convenient location to area amenities which includes great restaurants, golf, marina, and much more.
