Clean, well equipped & good location

Clean, well equipped & in a very good location with a chalet lift very close taking you directly into the centre. The apartment living/kitchen is of a decent size but the en-suite bedroom and children's room is very small and tight. No airflow in these rooms at night so had to sleep with the doors open, could do with a vent in the door. Advert is slightly misleading there are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. There are communal washing machines and drivers in the building so this was a big positve. Compared to similar appartments we have stayed in over the years it was a very good price and have already enquired about a future stay

Bel appartement très pratique

6 couchages dans des chambres séparées, une salle de bain, une salle d’eau, des toilettes séparées, une cuisine complète et un salon confortable. Le local à ski est pratique et on peut presque rejoindre les pistes à ski.

Vacances scolaires en famille

Excellent séjour dans un super appartement.L'agencement est bien pensé et les aménagements intérieurs complets. La résidence est fonctionnelle, propre et très calme. Sensibles au bruit et à la lumière du matin, nous avons très bien dormi grâce aux volet et au store occultant dans les chambres.Très bonne communication et disponibilité des hôtes, relations très agréables. Ils ont pensé leur offre en tant que client et c'est très appréciable!Tout est super bien rôdé, à recommander Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Un séjour plaisant dans un appartement coquet et confortable

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'août dans cet appartement avec nos 2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans. Très bien situé au départ des randonnées, nous avons bien profité de la montagne. Les commerces sont un peu plus bas à Mottaret. Un funiculaire existe pour remonter en direction de l'appartement et gagner du temps. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir 3 chambres à disposition et 2 salles de bain. Seul bémol, il est un peu difficile de charger et décharger la voiture (bizarrement, l'ascenseur de la résidence ne descend que jusqu'au 1er étage et la rue passe au niveau du 2e sous sol, donc beaucoup de sacs à monter à pied :) )

Très bonne location

La propriétaire a fait des efforts pour faciliter la prise et la restitution des clés car le système prévu n'est pratique que si on est en voiture. L'appartement est bien agencé et aménagé et les salles de bains sont très bien. L'immeuble est accessible par l'ascenseur incliné puis la route mais du coup très au calme pour profiter du soleil sur le beau balcon orienté sud. Cuisine bien équipée et vaisselle complète.

Location en août

Appartement très agréable en été, à deux pas de nombreux départs de randonnées (soit à pied, soit via les télécabines), calme et très belle vue du balcon. Logement très propre et vraiment très bien équipé pour ne pas devoir aller au restaurant tous les soirs. Nous serons content d'y retourner si l'occasion se présente.

La résidence Morraine est finalement bien située alors qu’elle semble éloignée mais sans doute à éviter avec des très jeunes enfants (port du matériel) surtout si l’ascenseur incliné tombe en panne

Bonne pioche !

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet appartement, en famille avec nos 4 enfants de 7 à 24 ans. L’appartement est très agréable et clair, et bien équipé. Nettoyage fait avant notre arrivée, d’où un état de propreté impeccable. Très bien isolé aussi, nous n’avons jamais entendu les voisins. Possibilité de louer du linge (draps et serviettes livrés directement sur place) auprès d’un prestataire dont les coordonnées nous ont été communiquées par les propriétaires. Casier à skis au RDC de la résidence. Si on devait chercher un bémol, on pourrait citer le fait qu’il n’y a pas de place de parking dans la résidence même, mais nous avons pu facilement nous garer à 500m de là.. Accès à la station via un funiculaire situé à 200m qui permet à de jeunes enfants d’arriver facilement au bas des pistes. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires ont été très disponibles pour nous aider à organiser au mieux notre séjour. Une bonne adresse pour découvrir les 3 vallées. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Small, and no wifi

The apartment is small, the photos give the impression it’s somewhat larger. The bunk room (2 beds) is claustrophobically small, while the tiny en-suite shower room to one of the double-bedded rooms has to be entered sideways on. The balcony is however a good size. The biggest disappointment however was the lack of wi-fi, which was advertised on both the English and French websites as a feature. There simply isn’t any. The attitude of the owners was use the 3G/4G; the fact that we were misled they simply brushed aside. The 3G/4G signal is of variable quality, even when roaming between different networks, perhaps a result of being someway up the hill on the far side of Mottaret. I usually had to go out onto the balcony to get a sufficient signal to send and receive work files - a real pain. And my (adult) children were very disappointed that they couldn’t get a reliable enough signal to stream movies, quite apart from the risk of bursting through monthly data caps on our mobile contracts. As wi-fi was a criterion for selecting the apartment in the first place, we were very disappointed and annoyed that no compensation was offered.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement était conforme à la description. Le séjour est spacieux et la cuisine bien équipée, les chambres un peu plus petites, mais en même temps, on n'y est que pour dormir de toute façon... Les propriétaires toujours disponibles pour répondre aux questions. Notre seul regret est qu'il faut un peu marcher pour rejoindre les pistes... Pas trop grave en tant qu'adulte, mais moins évident avec un enfant de 5 ans... Mais bon, la montagne, ça se mérite et nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour en général. Un endroit à recommander sans hésitation.

Super séjour...

2eme année que ns sejournons ds cette appartement. Bonne situation - très calme Belle surface, chaque vacancier y peut trouver son espace. Très bien équipé - belle deco Très belle vue...belle surprise cette année d'avoir aperçu un blaireau devant le balcon en soirée 😀 Possibilité de louer une place de parking ds la residence ou box fermé ds résidence Olympy II (juste apres le dernier virage en montant ) via les agences Immobilières de Saulire ou GSI Immobilier. C'est avec grand plaisir que ns y retournerons l'hiver prochain.

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel et agréable

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cet appartement. Il est parfaitement équipé, très propre, joliment décoré. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique. La copropriété est très propre, les casiers à ski très pratiques. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et arrangeants. Le seul petit bémol tient au fait que l'appartement est situé en haut de la station (un peu en dessous de la résidence Pierre et Vacances). Pour les enfants non experts en ski, il faut donc, à l'aller et au retour, emprunter un petit ascenseur - funiculaire pour aller au centre de la station. Celui-ci est à 4-5 minutes à pied, est gratuit mais il a été en panne à 3 reprises pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant les vacances de printemps, et tout correspondait parfaitement à ce qui avait été décrit dans l'annonce. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée, et nous avons été ravi de notre séjour. De plus, les propriétaires sont très disponibles ce qui rend la location agréable. L’appartement est bien situé dans la station, est au calme et est très bien équipé. Agréable à vivre pour des vacances à la montagne ! Parfait pour des vacances en famille. A conseiller !

Appartement tres sympa

Avons séjourné dans cet appartement à 3 adultes. Belle surface. Cuisine : trés bien équipée ( vaisselle, couverts, verres, en quantité suffisante, rien ne manque) Les pièces d'eau : celle ds la 1ère chambre, petite...mais tres utile (douche) car directement dans la chambre La 2eme (baignoire) tres agréable, fonctionnelle avec rangements, sèche serviette. Pièce à vivre : très lumineuse, belle vue, belle deco ....le balcon sympa pour déjeuner dehors.....meme mi-mars ! Chambres : de taille correcte pour un séjour à la montagne. Bonne literie. Appartement très propre. Récupération des clefs : très facile avec toutes les indications des proprietaires. .....linge de lit/toilette ....directement dans la location...c'est un plus très agréable. L'accès aux pistes est à moins de 5 minutes Location à conserver pour un prochain séjour à Méribel....ou à conseiller à ses amis.

Betaalbaar appartement in schitterend meribel mottaret

Mooi appartement op 5 minuten stappen van skipiste. Winkels bereikbaar via weg op 10 minuten stappen of iets minder via een verbindingsliftje dat hoger gelegen gebouwen verbindt met dorp van mottaret.drie slaapkamers.een met stapelbed maar is heel klein. Tweede kamer met twijfelaar bed,douche.aparte badkamer,proper,goede douche in bad.derde kamer met dubbelbed.groot terras . Keuken in orde. Er is in principe slaapgelegenheid in de living voor twee personen maar dan is het wel heel druk.tafel voorzien voor zes personen.opbergen van skis bij inkom is prima.ski botten wel niet helemaal droog in deze ruimte. Lege digitale skipassen zijn beschikbaar zodat je geen waarborg moet betalen.skiwinkel naast de verbindingslift geeft 20% korting bij verblijf in dit gebouw.geen lakens voorzien,daar moet je voor bij betalen.65 euro voor 5 personen.. Auto op parking iets lager gelegen,dus niet overdekt.wifi lukte wel niet maar vonden we niet zo erg.prijs kwaliteit prima appartement! Contact met eigenaar verliep vlot en is zeer begaan.

Enchantés

Appartement très agréable, très calme. On a bien apprécié la salle de bain et le cabinet de toilette. La personne qui était dans la petite chambre aux lits superposés a eu trop chaud mais en laissant la porte ouverte, ça va. Les propriétaires ont été charmants en nous donnant tous les renseignements utiles. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine... avec le même temps!

très bel appartement lumineux et ensoleillé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé : il n'y manque rien. La pièce à vivre est agréable et lumineuse. La terrasse est très bien exposée, de belles dimensions et meublée. Le tout est bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont disponibles. L'immeuble se situe dans un quartier calme sur les hauteurs de Mottaret. Les pistes sont accessibles soit à pied en remontant jusqu'à l'ascenseur qui dessert le quartier, soit via un petit chemin pour skieurs avertis. Le retour se fait obligatoirement à pied. Le casier à skis, fonctionnel, est situé au 1er étage uniquement accessible par des escaliers.

Appartement chaleureux pour les passionnés de ski

Très joli appartement quasiment neuf en style montagne, avec 3 petites chambres séparées d'un grand séjour/cuisine. Propriétaire serviable et très bien organisé. La prise et remise de clef sont très flexibles. L'appartement est situé dans un petit immeuble très calme sur les hauteurs de la station, le centre de Mottaret est cependant très accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Les pistes de ski sont à 2 pas des casiers à ski et le domaine est incroyable. Attention aux personnes handicapées, escaliers obligatoires pour accéder à l'appartement.
