About this property
Holiday house on Oléron, quiet, 15 minutes walk from La Cotinière
The house is located in the village of Maisonneuve, in the town of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron, not far from the port of La Cotinière. We renovated this house in 2013, it is fully equipped. You will appreciate the calm of the village and the proximity of trade, glaciers, terraces of coffee, markets and animations of La Cotinière.
The house consists of:
3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with a double bed + a single bed and 1 large bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds (9 beds in total). Ideal for 1 or 2 families!
Large living room with kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Dining room and lounge with TV / DVD / HIFI channel
2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other with bath) + 1 bathroom. A washing machine.
1 outdoor courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ
1 parking space in front of the house and parking on the village square at 50 m.
The village is bordered by bike paths accessible without danger to enjoy the island by bike: go to the beach, on the port of La Cotinière, Saint-Pierre d'Oleron (supermarket, shopping street and market every days). We can offer you bicycles for rent.
You can also walk to La Cotinière on a car-free trail.
On the island of Oléron, you can enjoy the long sandy beaches, walks in the forest, wild landscapes, markets, sun, Pineau, ... In a few minutes, you will be facing Fort Boyard or at the foot of the Chassiron lighthouse or in the Citadelle of Château d'Oléron. It's up to you to discover the rest!
