It has three bedrooms with double beds, one of which is on the ground floor, all equipped with mosquito nets and blackout curtains to ensure quiet and restful nights. The house offers a welcoming living room and a dining room with an extendable table, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare meals during your stay. You will also find a shower room with a sink and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant, furnished garden with garden furniture, a table with six chairs, two sun loungers for relaxing, and a clothesline. In the garage, an electric griddle with an extension cord is available for enjoying delicious barbecues in the garden, as well as a second refrigerator, convenient for longer stays. The house is also family-friendly with a changing table and a safety gate at the top of the stairs, for added peace of mind with children, and a complete cot is available free of charge if needed. An ideal place to spend a holiday Relaxing stays with family or friends. PGJyPg PGJyPg Bed linen and towels can be rented on site for an additional fee.

Belle petite maison, fonctionnelle, escalier pour monter aux chambres un peu trop pentu. Geneviève, qui nous a accueillis a été formidable, souriante, sympathique, aux petits soins pour nous. Je recommande ce logement près de la Cotiniere, idéal pour se balader sur l'île d'Oléron. À une autre fois peut-être.

Le logement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé (on se sent comme à la maison). Nous étions 3 adultes avec deux enfants. Le jardin et la terrasse sont un plus pour un séjour aux beaux jours. Le garage ajoute un grand espace pour stocker les affaires de plages et vélos.Le logement est très bien placé avec plage et commerces accessibles à pied.Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis par Geneviève et avons eu la chance de rencontrer les propriétaires à plusieurs reprises, ils sont à l’écoute et restent disponibles en cas de besoin.Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour un prochain séjour sur l’Ile d’Oléron.
