Welcome to the Grand Oasis, a perfect pet-friendly, beach getaway for larger groups. Rent this entire triplex which includes a total of six bedrooms, three bathrooms, three kitchens, a beautiful private pool and covered patio along with amazing outdoor space, whirlpool hot tub and a fire pit! Each of the three units has their own private entrance and parking for six vehicles. The location is perfect as it is close proximity to the main grocery store, beach and numerous restaurants. Should you be traveling with a smaller group, you can rent one of the triplex's individual sections at a lesser rate.

The largest of the three units, Beachside Oasis, has three bedrooms, one bath and is situated in the front of the triplex directly across the street from the beach. As you enter the front door you are greeted with a bright and airy living space which includes the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room hosts a large blue sectional, two comfy chairs and large flat-screen TV. The nicely updated galley kitchen has granite countertops, sleek white cabinetry, black appliances, and plenty of cookware and dishes to make a home-cooked meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small dinette table that comfortably seats four.

In each of the bedrooms you will find colorful and soft bedding, flat-screen TV's and ample dresser space. There is a queen size bed, full-size bed and two twins, making sleeping for six a breeze. All the bedrooms share a common bathroom which has been nicely updated. It includes a standard size bathtub, shower with glass enclosure, vanity and plenty of towels.

The second unit in the triplex is Poolside Oasis, an adorable two-bedroom, one bath retreat that also comfortably sleeps six. Warm décor and large ceramic tile flooring can be found throughout. The open floor plan includes an updated kitchen and comfortable living space. The living room boosts a large sleeper sectional, colorful artwork and flat-screen TV, perfect for watching your favorite shows after a fun day at the beach or lounging poolside. The well-equipped kitchen has been beautifully updated with granite tile countertops, rich wood cabinetry and new appliances. There is a breakfast bar with high-top chairs to enjoy a delicious meal or quick bite.

When it's time to retire, the primary bedroom hosts a comfy queen size bed, nicely appointed bedding, tall dresser and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a twin-size trundle bed which comfortably sleeps two. The completely updated bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms and included a standard bathtub, shower, vanity, mirror and plenty of towels.

As part of the Grand Oasis there is also a separate studio apartment which includes a kitchenette with stove and fridge, breakfast bar and all the essentials needed to cook a great meal. The living space has a comfy couch with chaise, flat-screen TV and queen-size Murphy bed. The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass enclosure, pedestal sink, mirror and plush linens.

The entire triplex also includes a private pool with large covered patio; screened side patio with outdoor furnishings; Free WIFI and cable TV; beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs and much more.

This home is made for relaxation. Parties are not allowed, but R&R most certainly is!

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
