Enjoyed our location and the home. Plenty of space for all of us both for sleeping and for spending time together. Easy walking to beach and everything you’d want. Happy with our home choice and would stay there again.

Great stay in Avalon

We had a great time in Avalon and this house was a great location and price. It was close to the Vons market, which was very convenient as we bought some things for breakfast and lunch from there during our stay. All around I was very happy with out stay.

We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements and the kids loved exploring the rooms. Great spot with easy access into town.

Ideal location, many things broken and lack of cleanliness

This property is well situated and is the ideal location for a visit to Catalina island. Unfortunately it needs a deep cleaning and many repairs to be more hospitable. It was surprising that it was in the state it was considering the well regarded property management company. We enjoyed our stay but next time would choose a different place.

Great location. Property needs some deep cleaning

We enjoyed our stay. The trash located in the rear alley was full when we got there and when we opened the back door it smelled really bad. Sleeping was ok but two of the beds were trundle beds that were more like a mattress on the floor. Most of the pans in the cupboard have seen better days.

The dirtiest

The only clean place in the house were the bathrooms. The kitchens and bedrooms were filthy all the dishes. The cups plates were horrible. We were afraid to touch anything because it would just fall apart. It was so bad. One of our guests went ahead and got a hotel room and stayed there

Catalina Getaway

Super cute beach place but there are only 2 "real" bedrooms with doors. Both of the bedrooms with twin beds have no privacy. Great for all else.
