This charming Catalina Island 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, two-story house, centrally located in Avalon - especially if you like being close to grocery store, country club, golf course and just a short walk to the beach, restaurant and shops.

The interior is light and bright with a large living space, classic style living room, small breakfast table, and lots of comfortable seating with flat screen TV. Plus, a full bathroom on the first floor.

A fully stocked kitchen, with all the appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave, and everything else you need to create meals and snacks for those you are vacationing with. A second dining table for 6 completes the great room so everyone can easily eat inside as they reconnect with one another while cooking.

There are 2 bedrooms in this home – first room has a queen and twin bed, with 1.5 bathroom. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and 1 single queen bed in another bedroom, so this home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds.
