Excellent all round

Bernadette and Claude were very friendly and so helpful. We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived after a 6 hour drive from Calais. The gite was well equipped and very clean. It had everything needed to cook, launder etc as well as TV and internet for relaxing. There was plenty of space to eat and relax outside as well as a large swimming pool. It is in a lovely peaceful location within easy reach of some major towns.

Floral Hideaway

Very welcoming owners Bernadette and Claude. Homemade jams,eggs and fruit tarts were offered a tasty treat . Owners live on the same plot with a huge lawned, flowered garden with lily pond.Fruit and vegetables and drying separate hidden areas. Fenced off Pool and facilities across the garden. All the kitchen equipment etc functioned without any problems. Shower etc good with a good supply of hot water throughout. Toilet is connected rather high for some people but operated well. The small cottage gite is set on an enormous plot alongside the owner’s home . A larger gite on a totally separate area but still within the overall plot shares the pool. A car is essential nearest main supermarkets are in Richelieu or Chinon. A very quiet rural location. Many thanks to Bernadette and Claude.

Excellent petit gîte pour 2 personnes. Très silencieux.

Nos hôtes ont été très chaleureux et discrets à la fois. Décor magnifique et très reposant. Appartement très bien agencé. Rien ne manque. Nous le recommandons à toute personne qui souhaite visiter le val de Loire et en même temps rentrer au calme le soir. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au milieu des fleurs est un ravissement le matin.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, dans un gîte correspondant à nos attentes et aux descriptifs de l’annonce. Gite très propre et une très bonne literie. Il ne manque absolument rien. Comme chez soi!

Oui comme chez soi ... avec de bons voisins en les personnes de Bernadette et Claude, les propriétaires. Des voisins accueillants, attentifs, joyeux et généreux dont on sent que ces qualités font parties intégrantes de leur personnalités. La propriété est vaste, bien fleurie et très bien entretenue. Le gîte, spacieux, est très bien équipé. Mention spéciale à la literie qui est de très bonne qualité: on dort comme des rois! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine en cette troisième semaine de juillet qui fut très ensoleillée, torride par moment. A recommander sans aucune hésitation!! Bernadette et Claude, encore un tout grand merci pour tout et prenez bien soins de vous.

Prima!

Een leuk huisje, fijn zwembad, grote tuin en vooral zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Zij verwenden ons met eieren van hun eigen kippen, fruit uit de tuin en heerlijke cake. Bij ons vertrek kregen we nog een fles wijn mee uit de regio.

Un accueil chaleureux, presque familial

Bernadette et Claude nous ont accueilli avec énormément de gentillesse, débutant notre séjour par une petite discussion autour d’une boisson de bienvenue. particularité de la maison: un élevage d’une dizaine de poules! Du coup, Bernadette vous en offre des œufs jusqu’à plus faim 😂 Le logement est très bien équipé, spacieux, rien ne manque dans le ménage, et tout est très propre. L’environnement est extrêmement calme, et les village voisin de Richelieu et Rivière sont d’heureuses surprises que nous n’aurions jamais découvertes si nous n’avions pas loué le gite de Bernadette

Un Havre de paix

Après avoir bien crapahuter dans la région car beaucoup de choses à voir, quel plaisir de rentrer dans une maisonnette fraîche, ayant tout le confort attendu, de se rafraîchir avec quelques brasses dans la piscine! Bernadette à fait de sa propriété un vrai cocon de paix et de douceur, et est aux petits soins. L étang, le jardin, les fleurs, les poules, tout donne envie de se prélasser et de vraiment se ressourcer. Bref, d être en vacances!! Merci Bernadette et Claude pour ce séjour, merci de vos petites attentions, il est clair que nous signons pour l année prochaine!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Bernadette et Claude. La location est très satisfaisante.

Les petites attentions des propriétaires sont appréciables (confiture, oeufs, gâteau et apéritif) ! Très bon accueil. La piscine est superbe et elle fait du bien. Merci et bonne continuation à vous.

Du calme et de la nature

Nous avons trouvé à Assay un lieu de détente, de calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffé, les propriétaires proches mais très discret et généreux. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour les personnes cherchant la détente et la sérénité. Lieux proches de beaucoup de châteaux.

Maisonette très pratique et propre . Endroit idéale pour repos avec quand même une grande diversité d'activités possibles. Acceuil et propriétaires chaleureux, serviables et discrets. Fantastique! Heel praktisch ingericht huisje met alles erop en eraan, ook heel hygiënisch onderhouden. Ideale ligging voor wie tot rust wil komen maar met heel veel mogelijkheden dichtbij: wandelingen, fietsroutes, winkels, bezoeken... Vriendelijk onthaal met heel gastvrije, gedienstige eigenaars. Très agréable

Nous avons eu une magnifique semaine ! Ce qui nous a permis de faire l'apéro avec les propriétaires dans le jardin décoré avec soin. Ils nous ont prêté des vélos pour la Voie Verte à quelques mètres de chez eux. La location est très propre et de plus très calme. C'est ce que nous souhaitions... Merci à Bernadette et Claude. Très bien

Gite très calme et très fonctionnel dans un environnement verdoyant et bien fleuri. Nous avons apprécié de trouver l'essentiel des produits permettant de démarrer un séjour tant pour la cuisine que pour l'entretien du gite. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et plein d'attentions pour leurs locataires ( excellentes salades, œufs des poules etc....). La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais il y a suffisamment de sites touristiques à visiter à proximité pour occuper ses vacances. Nous ne manquerons pas de donner cette excellente adresse à nos amis.

Magnifique location

Superbes vacances dans une magnifique région et pour couronner le tout dans un gîte exceptionnel. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Bernadette et Claude, nos hôtes pour leur accueil et pour cet environnement magnifique imprégné de leurs passions, sans oublier la piscine et les succulentes attentions (produits de leur terroir) dont nous avons bénéficié. Bien que nous allons rarement au même endroit, il est certain que si nous devions séjourner à nouveau dans la région, nous n’hésiterions pas un seul instant à revenir chez eux.

Superbe logement

Superbe logement avec belle piscine. Le logement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé.Cadre verdoyant et calme.Magnifique séjour, ce gîte est à recommander.Bon légumes du jardin. Les propriétaires sont très serviables,discrets et de bon conseil pour les visites.Amoureux de la nature, RESERVEZ!!!!
