Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Fireplace & Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes cozy breakfast bar with stools. Master bedroom has a comfy Queen bed & flat screen TV; master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Outdoor patio furniture for your enjoyment to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town.

Overall clean, well-stocked accommodation with great views in a convenient location. The advertised queen pull-out needs an upgrade to be sleepable, fortunately our group didn’t need it but would have been nice to spread out. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

May in Seaside

The property was pleasant, comfortable, clean, and safe. We walked from here all over town and access to the beach was right outside the patio door. Would definitely stay again in this ground level room if coming again to Seaside.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

The place has spectacular views! Close to everything! Kitchen stocked to hilt with high quality kitchen equipment! But no place to put food we brought that didn't need refrigeration! Bed most comfortable we have ever had in a rental! Furniture nice but very uncomfortable! Not much place for clothes! We were here 10 days! Needed hang up and drawer storage which this place lacks! If we were there 1 or 2 days, we would have rated this place excellent!

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit for 5 days, 4 nights. The condo is clean and huge for our family of 3 and has everything we need. Kitchen is fully supplied including paper towell, plastic wraps and foil. The full sized washer/dryer machine and the Murphy bed are very useful. The panoramic view is spectacular. The location is excellent. We walk to the beach and Broadway every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!!

The location is great. The place is older but beds were comfortable and furniture was nice. Fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint is the place was dirty, dusty, food under hide a bed dirt under bed, nightstand dusty along with on top of the headboard. There is a large population of homeless hanging atound.

Excellent location

Property was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality pans and cooking tools. The location was perfect. We were able to easily come and go throughout the day, stopping in for lunch, then heading back to the beach or shopping. We ordered dinner from MO’s one night, and it was less than a 5 minute walk to pick it up.The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t try the sofa bed so can’t speak to that. A wonderful, spacious condo, with beautiful views. We enjoyed every minute of it.

I liked the unit, and it's location, however, I found the living room furniture less than comfortable . Low hard, chairs and slippery, cold couch. Not a very cozy feeling.
