Please respect our full-time neighbors after 9:30 pm on the patios.
Please remove your shoes inside our house - no exceptions. The dirt in Flagstaff is very difficult to get out of the carpet and bed sheets.
All guests are responsible for leaving the house in the same condition you found it.
