Perfect location to downtown

Located in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in ponderosa pines, this home is perfect for rest and relaxation. The home is situated on the north side of Flagstaff on the way to the Grand Canyon National Park and the Arizona Snowbowl. The homes location is close to many activities; a large park and playground, ice rink and activity center and disc golf course are all within walking distance. A history museum, Lowell observatory and the historic downtown city center are just minutes away.

This home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, large mirrored closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and large mirrored closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a door leading out to the back deck. The fourth room has a desk and chair for remote working and if needed a set of twin bunk beds.

The living room and master bedroom both have Smart TVs with local channels and complementary Netflix.

The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, ice cube trays, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, conventional drip coffee maker, spice rack and is well stocked with dishware, silverware, cooking dishes, pots, pans, and BBQ utensils.

The brightly lit dining area has a wood burning fireplace and sliding doors that lead outside to a spacious deck among large ponderosa pines and oak trees.

A washer, dryer and detergent are provided for your convenience.

The house has all the amenities for our families. The size is perfect with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is perfect not too far from downtown and close to the shuttle for snowbowl. Mark is great he answered to all my questions real time. For sure we will stay again

Nice getaway for the weekend

My family and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway. We loved the location and the beautiful surroundings. We especially loved the gorgeous back deck and yard - we had coffee and breakfast there every morning! Our host was responsive and helpful.

Perfectly Relaxing Getaway

We so enjoyed our 4 night stay in this lovely home. We relaxed comfortably by day, and took advantage of the nearness of town with short walks to explore. We rested perfectly at night in the quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. The house was sparkling clean and the hosts truly lovely.

A great house
