Beach front condo with pool access ... Best of both worlds! Guests can enjoy having their toes in the sand just steps away from their vacation rental. The property offers beach access, boat ramp access, gated access, internet, and use of the clubhouse featuring pool, locker rooms, hot tub, docks, and lounge chairs. Guest can enjoy two decks, one with ocean views and one with sound views. This allows for viewing the sunrise and the sunset!

This property is located at 927 North Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. It is in Building A, on the second level with two flights of stairs.

Bring your boat and have access to the newly renovated boat ramp and enjoy day dock parking and an area to park your trailer!

The beach just received an extensive renourishment project, in the Spring of 2020, providing ample beach in front of Queens Grant.

The pool and hot tub are seasonal. It is open from dawn until dusk (6am-8:30). For the 2026 season it is open from April 15, 2026 - October 30, 2026.

When staying at Queens Grant, you are within walking distance (1.5 miles) of several great seafood restaurants, Lewis’s Seafood Shack food truck, Lewis’s Seafood Market, Godwins Market, a bakery, an ice cream shop, a skating rink, Quarter Moon book store/wine bar (that features live music), and local shopping.

The condo has an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at the bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and direct access to the ocean front porch. The porch has a table with six tall chairs to watch the beautiful sunrise or enjoy an evening listening to the waves roll in. The sound side bedroom has two bunk beds (four twin beds total) with access to the sound side porch. There is another full bathroom in the hallway to the sound side bedroom. Futon in living room offers room for two more. Linens and towels are provided!

Strip all used beds. Start a load of laundry. Do not overfill the washing machine.

We have been coming down to Topsail Beach since we were young children. Our parents introduced us to this beautiful island and it is actually where we met as teenagers. Years later we got married on this beautiful island and it is where we spend every weekend in the summer. We love this beach and want others to enjoy it as well. We purchased this property in June 2019.

Why they chose this property

This beach front property allows for sound access with private boat ramp, built in grills, pool and hot tub. A re-nourishment project in 2020 has given new life and width to the beach and you will find that it is one of the least crowded beaches in our state and one of the best places to watch the sunrise.

What makes this property unique

The prime location makes the property unique as well as it is one of the few condo complexes in Topsail Beach.
