Enjoy this beautiful 2 bd 2 bath mountain retreat 25-30 minutes from Carmel and Monterey [11 minutes from Laguna Seca Raceway]. The instant you enter the gated compound you will feel like you are on vacation. This charming property is located in the sunbelt of Corral de Tierra and often 10 degrees warmer then Monterey in August.[Monterey / Carmel are often cold and foggy in Summer.]
