Great villa!

Great house that our family of 9 enjoyed. Utopia Villas was very helpful arranging tours, transportation, dinners, etc.

The home and location were perfect for our family vacation. The home easily accommodated our group of 14 people ranging from 79 years old to 3 years old. The beachfront property with pool, ping pong table, soccer balls and basketball hoop made for wonderful group fun. We enjoyed walking to Sitges for shopping and amazing food choices. It was truly a memorable family gathering.

Luxury beach front villa indeed!

The Villa looks even better than the pics. Very quiet compound. Perfect distance from the city center. A nice stroll into town. Easy to communicate with the property manager during our stay. Yes, my friends plans to rent the villa again.

Beautiful home perfect for family gathering

This is a beautiful home on the promenade with only a quiet street to cross to reach the sandy beach. We rented bikes to get about town although the town center is only about 20 mins walk away. The management company was very responsive to our one minor issue - a leaking fridge in the master bedroom with a maintenance man arriving within a couple of hours. The kitchen had everything needed including everyday and fancy china. Three of our group enjoyed playing golf at the big hotel close by. I would suggest upgrading the bed linens in the master bedroom as our bottom sheet wasn't deep enough to reliable stay on the bed, but the bed was very comfortable.

A simply beautiful seafront property

This was a family holiday that we had booked for 15 family members - 9 "children" ranging from 11 to 22 years old - and 6 adults. With so many varied interests and personalities, we needed space for everyone to do their own thing. The villa over-delivered in every respect for us. It is a beautifully designed and finished property - the furnishings, fittings and facilities were of high quality. There was also a lot of space for children and adults to move around without bumping into each other. In addition, there was an office space which allowed a few of us to do required work. We ate together once a day in the evening, generally in the garden. The BBQ worked well, and the outside surroundings and lighting very well maintained. The significantly-sized pool was a welcome relief given this year's heat. The villa itself is on the seafront - the Sitges promenade is beautiful and the beach well managed and clean. Sitges itself is warm, picturesque and importantly feels quite safe. A very strong recommendation from all of us for this villa. Beautiful in every respect, we had a wonderful time. HINT: It's a good idea to think about who will sleep with who/where, before you arrive. We didn't and so we did have to manage a little chaos for a few hours!
