I am a retired Senior Service Federal Executive who moved to Boerne to open a barber shop, j. groomed, with my daughter, Julie. I have lived in a number of states and overseas but have found Boerne to be a great place to live.

Why they chose this property

I wanted another project since the barber shop is up and running. The cottage is adorable and will keep me busy as well as letting me meet new people.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this cottage because of its quaint nature. It was built in 1940 and backs up to Frederick creek. It has beautiful old trees in the yard and a lovely little porch. Guests often see deer and other wildlife along the creek.
