Property has a great location and is clean. The property needs to be upgraded, bathroom and kitchen need some attention/rework. We had a great time and appreciate the central location of the property.

The location is amazing if you want to walk to businesses in Boerne. It was very nice to be able to have our dogs with us and have the River Road Park across the street. The street noise is pretty loud if that should be a concern for anyone. It is super easy to walk to food locations like the Dodging Duck and Pinchy’s Seafood.

Great location

So close to downtown Boerne and a good place to spend a weekend in town for a wedding! Google maps tried to take us to the house behind the bnb, but it really is the house right next to the Dodging Duck.
