Lovely south facing ground floor apartment at Golden Beach 2 with air conditioning, shared pool, private patio gardens and Wifi

Golden Beach 2 bedroom apartment - Ground Floor apartment furnished to a very high standard and only 5 minutes walk from the Arenal sandy blue flag beach. Comprising of an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace garden for ál fresco’ dining. The large master bedroom has spacious built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace.

From the terraces you can enjoy open views to the mountains and surrounding area. The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and pool views. There is a full en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave.

There is a small private south facing terrace in front of the swimming pool and a gate from this area directly to the pool.

The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living / dining area. The television offers UK channels including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc.

Private secure underground parking is located beneath the complex. Located in front of the beautiful pool & landscaped gardens.

Het appartement is ok

Inchecken en communicatie was goed. Het appartement voldeed helaas niet aan onze verwachtingen. Het appartement ziet er op de foto's mooier uit. Prima om dingen weg te halen, maar plaats dan foto's zoals het appartement en de terrassen daadwerkelijk zijn. Er is weinig kastruimte. Veel kasten zitten op slot, waardoor er weinig overblijft. Het appartement is erg gehorig. Ook gewone dagelijkse geluiden hoor je erg goed (lopen, praten, stoel aanschuiven). De locatie is goed. De tuin en het zwembad bij het complex zijn erg fijn. Al met al is het appartement OK. Maar de foto's en omschrijving scheppen te hoge verwachtingen.

Nice apartment, good location, noisy neighbours.

The apartment was reasonably modern, fairly clean and in a good location. Nice to have access to the pool. Unfortunately the upstairs neighbours were extremely noisy, banging about at all hours of the night. Otherwise good.

Lovely, clean and spacious

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, the bedrooms we very adequate the living room and kitchen were great too. I have given this a four because the only couple of gripes were the living room TV had a bad signal (when the weather was bad we couldn't watch TV) and the sliding outside door was not very secure, upstairs neighbours were very noisy too, having said that we would definitely come back here, it's extremely well looked after and it's only a two minute walk to the supermarket and a five minute walk to the beach. Other good points was the under ground parking, the large patio area and it had a good size pool.
