Excellent séjour de 15 jours dans un logement très bien équipé, propre et proche de tout. La piscine à 10 mètres de la terrasse a été très appréciée ! Résidence au calme. Frédérique répond très vite aux questions qu'on peut se poser. A refaire !

Résidence au milieu d une oasis de verdure au calme
Appartement tout confort clair en rez de jardin ou nous pouvons accéder facilement à la piscine et se reposer sous un olivier .La plage d Arenal est toute proche (sable fin et animations ) . Une véritable oasis de verdure en plein centre ville et au calme malgré les animations toutes proches.

Wonderful place!
We spent 3 amazing holiday weeks in this appartment! Loved everything about it: location (very quiet!!), terrace for dining outside with direct access to the lovely shared garden with a pool. The rooms are as described and seen on the photos. The sandy Arenal beach is 10 minutes walk. Would definetly recommend to friends!

"Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Javéa. L''appartement est propre, agréable et fonctionnel. La résidence (avec une superbe piscine à 31° et un très joli jardin) est calme et très bien située. Celle-ci est située à environ 5-6mn à pied des commerces, des restaurants, des bars et de la superbe plage de sable "de l''Arénal" ( mer propre et chaude ). La ville et ses alentours sont magnifiques et le climat idéal. Idéal pour couple avec enfants. En plus Javéa est à seulement 40mn d''Aqualandia et Terra Mitica. En conclusion, rien à redire, tout était parfait. je recommande vivement cette location et la région."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sc...
"Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung vom Vermieter stimmen mit den Tatsachen überein. Außer das Badzimmer, welches ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, könnte unseres Erachtens ein bisschen erneuert werden. Die Abwicklung mit dem Schlüsselabgabe, Geld und der vorherige Kontakt für die Buchung hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage von Javea. 2 Minuten zum Meer, wo sich auch zahlreiche kleine gemütliche Bars befinden und wo man schwimmen gehen kann. Der feinsandige Strand und die Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein großes Einkaufcenter mit Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten und in die Altstadt kann mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. erreichen."

"Très bel appartement de rez de jardin, très agréable, ensoleillé et très bien décoré. Idéal pour un couple avec 1 à 2 enfants. Les commerces et la plage de sable sont facilement accessibles, comptez 5-6 mn à pied pour y aller, par le bord de mer. Le jardin est assez grand, la piscine est très bien, nous ne l'avons utilisée qu'une seule fois (c'était en avril !). La région est superbe pour les ballades. Qand les orangers sont en fleurs (avril mai), parfum assuré dans toute la campagne."
