This is a really nice resort. Lots of play areas and activities if you have children. Location is also perfect. Right by Universal and Sea World. However, we chose the place for cost and proximity to hospital a family member was at, so we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of any resort amenities. If we decide to stay here again, we would go with a different room layout. Ours was like a large hotel room. It suited its purpose for what we needed it for. The room and bed were comfortable, as well as a nice big porch, just not a fan of having a bathtub right next to the bed.

Very professional front desk staff they will take the luggage to your room they even take you there by you following the person in their go car. Room is super quiet and clean and modern and comfortable very good security no one is allowed without permission from you the building is new also you have 3 swimming pools plus a small water park they have a minimart with everything you need and best of all only 15 miles from Disney’s and all the parks plenty of parking space available you control everything by your phone from getting clean towels to deliver anything you need will be back
