Full kitchen, 2 brand new outdoor pergolas, outdoor gas grill, pool table. Recently retiled & refurbished spa & pool 9/2023 & all new landscaping. ALSO, a fire pit and a 8 person seating area has been added outside. Lovely, quite neighborhood. Minutes from 101, TPC Golf Course, shopping, hiking. Chill at the pool or adventure out to local activities. All new bathrooms. Very clean. Internet, TVs, and many more amenities. Master bedroom: King bed, private bath. Queen bed, 2 twin beds.
