Private Resort Style Villa and Pool close to beaches

Private relaxing Villa with incredible outdoor living area and oversized private pool, close to the beach.

Located in Long Bay just .7 km from Long Bay Beach access or through Leeward to access Grace Bay with .5 acre fully enclosed resort-style grounds and plenty of space for outdoor living and entertaining centered around a fabulous pool and outdoor living area.

A full remodel includes all new air conditioning units, furniture, mattresses, appliances, etc. of high-end finishes that await your family in an extremely clean and comfortable single-family villa.

The villa is 5 driving minutes from Salt Mills shopping, restaurants, etc. You can walk to Long Bay beach but that would be a hike at 0.7 km, yet less than a 3-minute car ride to the beach through the neighborhood. For Grace Bay, you drive through Leeward (gated community of $2M+ homes) and access that beach in about a 4-minute drive. All of the beach parking is easy and free so you will have no disadvantage having the car, other than the economy rentals are all the size of a VW bug, but with 4 doors, so you may upgrade to a larger car, minivans or SUV.

There are 2 Graceway grocery stores (Gourmet is 4 a minute drive and the larger store is less than 8 minutes) that we use.

Our villa is not on the beach and in a residential area on a .5 acre lot with a 6-foot perimeter wall so you will have privacy and space, but not desolate. Our neighbors include two doctors and a chief of police as we understand, we are still meeting new neighbors on our visits.

For our guests' concerns and health; the Turks & Caicos Islands Environmental Health Department annually and professionally inspects and approves the Medori Companies, LTD. cleanliness and COVID plan as of July 17, 2020.

Don't hesitate to ask more questions as we are excited when sharing everything we know about TCI. Our on-island property manager will also be happy to meet you at the airport, take you to the property, and show you everything about the home if you prefer.

From the start, the hosts responded to all of my questions quickly. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this one was one of the most well appointed with beach towels, beach chairs, the kitchen had everything you’d need and had basics like salt/pepper, cooking spray, cleaning supplies, a hairdryer, etc. There were lots of pillows and blankets. It made things so easy! The outdoor living area was so nice and where we spent most of our time if we were home.You definitely need a car if you stay here, but most things are a 5-10 minute drive.

Our stay at Villa Medori was absolutely perfect! Enough space for two couples to spread out inside, the kitchen was very well accommodated and the pool/outdoor lounging areas were spacious and comfortable. This was our first time vacationing in Turks. Melinda (the owner) and David (property manager) were great to work with. They both responded quickly to all my questions/concerns.The property was great for our family of 5(two adults, 3 kids). The kids loved the pool area! The area were the house was located was very quiet and felt safe. Melinda provided everything we needed for our days at the beach. There were coolers, floats, an umbrella and enough chairs for our family!

Such a lovely week staying at Villa Medori. Owners and villa manager super helpful & friendly both before and during our stay. Villa is brilliantly well-equipped and lovely to have so much space just for 4 of us. You will need a car as nothing walking distance but all very easily accessible and nearby in car.

We have two children and their friends that travel with us, teenagers, but our youngest has been visiting Providenciales since she was 4 years old. We purchased the villa in 2019 after visiting TCI for 7 years and staying in many condos from the Venetian to Royal West Indies. The pool and outdoor living area combined with a convenient location is what we found special and look forward to sharing this special place with our guests. For our family, we often visit 3-4 different beaches during our stay so we elected the privacy and space to be in a residential area instead of a condo. A typical day is coffee/breakfast at the pool, packing a picnic lunch to head off to one of the many Providenciales beaches for snorkeling, etc. and then back to the house for cocktails and a barbeque back at the pool. Often kids are watching a movie on Amazon Prime or Netflix as everyone is getting ready for bed and preparing for the next day's adventure.

Why they chose this property

The private, newer construction, gated Villa Medori is located in Long Bay, only minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf, kite boarding, marina, and beautiful beaches. A short drive to Long Bay Beach is .7 km and Sunset Beach at Grace Bay. Enjoy the open space concept of living room, dining area, snack bar and well equipped kitchen along with outdoor dining and lounge area.

What makes this property unique

Private pool and Spa (not heated). Free Parking, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Televisions with Amazon Prime and Netflix in common area and each bedroom. Free Wireless Internet. Washer/ Dryer, Gas Grill, Hair dryers, iron and ironing board. COVID-19 considerations; Villa completely cleaned after each checkout with multi-surface disinfectant cleansers, Sanitizing Station(s), Disinfecting cleaners provided in villa, Interior towels and linens all laundered with bleach. The property utilizes exterior security cameras that include the gate entrance, grounds, pool & spa area that may be monitored by guests from inside the villa. The monitor is Not to be considered an alternative for closely watching any users or children around the pool & spa area. Amenities are for use at your own risk, No Diving and No lifeguard is on duty.
