Great location , 5 minutes walk to city center and beach. House is nice and works well for a family of 4 with grownup children. The outdoor area connected to the kitchen is the highlight of the building. A lot of different equipment is available, we enjoyed the bikes, did not spend time in the gym.

Fantastic house. Plenty of space. We ate all meals on the terrace. Nice pool. We had a good time. One of the single beds was bad. The stove, cups and cutlery could have been cleaner.

Lovely spot in Menton

Charming property within walking distance of all Menton highlights. The pool was a lovely bonus and well used by us. Jean Louis was prompt to respond to any queries and a very welcoming host.

Great location, pool and shady terrace

We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week.

Wonderful place in menton

We adored this property! It is not luxurious but it is so full of character, we loved it’s style and it was very spacious for our party of 6. The teenagers loved the pool and we all loved the location. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and is situated right in the old town. The owner is so helpful and friendly. Menton is a big town with so much to do. We went to a different beach every day and ate by the seafront most nights. I highly recommend villa Gaby and Menton.

The house was a complete disaster.The garage door was extremely narrow (in both garages), so that due to the narrow access road, driving in was extremely dangerous for our vehicle (a car of normal width). Added to that is the high threshold at the garage entrance.There are also huge flower pots directly next to the garage doors, making entry even more difficult. There's so much junk in the garages that it's almost impossible to open the door.In short: If you want to wreck your car, this house is perfect.Leaving the car in front of the house is also not an option because parking is prohibited there. The same applies to the entire neighbourhood.The house itself smells mouldy and is unclean. It's crammed with an enormous amount of the owner's stuff, and there is almost no storage space.Several rooms have lights without switches or vice versa.Offering a house like this for this price is an absolute disgrace. Furthermore, the statement "parking available" is grossly misleading, given the dysfunctional garage situation.We turned on our heels and spent our vacation elsewhere. This house can absolutely not be recommended. Do not rent it!

Ce client a eu des difficultés a rentrer sa voiture! J'y rentre un Touareg 4x4 Volswagen : un véritable tank et personne ne c'est jamais plaint de ce problème : il y a 3 garage un parking public a 200 m. Il n'a pas trouvé un interrupteur il suffisait d' envoyer un message et je lui aurais envoyé la photo. Nous avons une équipe qui intervient 24/24 si il ya un problème technique ou de ménage. Tous les clients ont passé d'excellentes vacances et ont trouvé la maison très agréable encore cette année. Nous ne sommes pas compétant pour ses problèmes personnels ou familiaux. This client had difficulty getting his car in! I fit a Volkswagen Touareg 4x4 in, a real tank, and no one has ever complained about this problem: there are three garages and a public parking lot 200 meters away. He couldn't find a switch: all he had to do was send a message and I would have sent him a photo. We have a team that responds 24/7 if there are any technical or cleaning issues. All the clients had a great vacation and found the house very pleasant again this year. We are not responsible for their personal or family problems.

Que dire de ce séjour?

Du bon, du moins bon et du mauvais voire très mauvais dans cette location: le bon: coin piscine, et proximité de la ville, on peut tout faire à pied. Bon accueil.Le moins bon: l' état de propreté de la maison, et le rangement en général. Pas de TV qui marche. Clim sous dimensionnée. Le mauvais: énormément de bruit de route, en particulier les 2 roues. Voie très passante. Si vous souhaitez du calme... Ce n' est pas le bon endroit du tout.

Les deux télés fonctionnent mais vous n'avez pas su les régler (si vous aviez demandés je vous aurais expliqué). La Cote d'Azur reçois 10 millions de visiteur l'été alors vous ne pouvez pas être en ville et ne pas avoir de bruit. Il faut aller dans les Alpes pour cela. Ou bien venir en novembre il n'y aura personne! Si vous laissez les portes ouvertes et les fenêtres en pleins soleil vous ne pouvez pas avoir du frais. La chaleur ca se gère. Volets fermés et rideau fermé devant le soleil= frais dans la maison.Aucun locataire ne s'est plein de la clim même remarque que la télé.

Propriété idéalement située à Menton dans la vielle ville et proche de la mer

Accueil chaleureux, hôte disponible et bienveillant. La maison est très grande et idéalement situé dans Menton. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la piscine est un vrai luxe dans le vieux Menton. La plage est juste à côté et tout est à proximité. Superbe séjour.
