House with beautiful sea and hill view. Beach on foot. Recent fitted kitchen, large room and living room, 3 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom and WC. Sunny terrace with sea view. Enclosed garden with trees and parking. Close to shops (restaurants, bars, bakery ...), weekly market. 10 minutes from Lannion and Plestin supermarkets, 20 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast.
Facilities: TV, barbecue, dishes, garden furniture, parasol. Sheets and towels not provided. Animals not accepted.
