Very well kept and clean home. Close to tourist attractions, shopping and dining. Very convenient access to everything in the Black Hills. Quiet well kept neighborhood. Non-smoking house. Rental includes full access to 2-car garage for vehicle and motorcycle parking.

Do not rearrange the furniture within the home. Please close the garage door anytime you leave the property.
Hot tub lid is to be replaced upon exit from hot tub. No additional guests may stay at the house other than those included in the original booking
