Guests will have the entire 1 bedroom condominium and access to all amenities of the resort.

We are available to our guests for any needs during their stay. Guests can call us directly for any questions and there is a binder in the condo with some general information about the condo and things to do.
The minimum age to book is 25 years old. The person making the reservation must be present the entire time of the rental period. Unit capacity is strictly enforced. Check-in is 4PM and checkout is 11AM. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. Infractions of any of these or other resort rules can result in eviction from the property with no refund.

Me and my husband stayed for 4 days. Had a great time, the staff was friendly and helpful. The view was Beautiful and the pools were very relaxing. The condo was very cozy and felt like home, I definitely recommend this resort for your next stay.

This unit is very clean and updated. The location is great. Love being on the ground floor for easy access to the pool! The bed is super comfortable! We would definitely rent this unit again.

20+ years visiting PP. Stay mostly at the Sonoran Sea. SAFE, great employees from the restaurant to the security to the gate keeper. Pools are fantastic. This might be our favorite condo. Ground floor is the best! New appliances, and appropriately furnished.

We loved our property. Just a couple issues with some noise outside the property one night. It was a domestic issue with yelling and fighting. Other than that all was fabulous!!

Much needed relaxation

First time stay at Sonoran Sea Resort. Pleasantly pleased with the amenities provided and the cleanliness of the property. Every staff member was friendly. Had just the right amount of people on the property to where it wasn’t too crowded. I gave a 3 star for communication. 1. had a question regarding payment to management few weeks before leaving and they never responded, asked again through VRBO and eventually was able to communicate my concerns with management. I’m just guessing but maybe it was because it was too far in advance. 2. Had a minor issue watching TV, could not get any channels to work. I called the number provided to try and resolve this but when talking to this person they said I need to change the connection on the TVs. After several hours of trying I gave up and so we weren’t able to watch anything. Watching TV isn’t priority but when winding down for the day I like to watch some TV. Bottom line I would stay again at this facility but they need to fix the TV problem.

I was impressed by the measures taken at the Sonoran Sea and in Rocky Point to ensure safety during COVID. Very clean and staff wear masks. They do not mess around. If you don't wear a mask, stay home!

This spotless condo is perfectly located on the ground level, just a few steps from the pool. The restaurant and market are also conveniently located. There have been lots of pool renovations since our last stay with a gorgeous infinity pool and a slide at the family pool. Loved it here. The property manager was easy to work with and very accessible is needed.

Water front poolside bottom level Beautiful condo 😎

This property was Beautiful! Condo was really clean and comfortable. AC worked good. Fridge was cold. Bed was comfy. Being able to walk out right to the pool and beach was perfect! I'd definitely stay here again. We went to the restaurant there also a couple of times and the food was good so was the service. Makes it nice to be able to walk over close to go eat. Check in process was easily. Just as Omar said it would be. He called a few days before we arrived and answered the phone when I called him why there in the condo with a few questions I had. Thank you for sharing your paradise with me. Look forward to coming back in the future 🌞

I purchased this condo after a week long stay with my 4 year old son. We enjoyed the easy access of being on the ground floor, grassy area out front to play, kids pool and water slide so much we had to have it. Luckily it was for sale at the time.
