Lovely modern villa with plenty of amenities. Would recommend the villa gaining a 6th sunbed and look at renewing the broken one. Highlighting the average amount of electricity usages for a week if the aircon is left on for long periods of time would have be useful just to put into perspective how quickly the 140kwh diminishes before incurring extra costs. Overall customer service and Villa very good with bars, restaurants and shops very close to the Vila. Would recommend and book again

Holiday

Great villa in quiet area just outside of Quesada but within easy reach of all amenities and beach. Very clean and nice villa as described, we really enjoyed staying here.

Great villa for family vacation

Very good house, with everything that we needed (from olive oil and spices to toys for the pool), excellent check in and very convenient communication with agency, great restaurants nearby. The only small issue was not perfect pool cleaning.

Amazing villa

We have just returned from a 10 night stay. Villa was beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, great size pool and pool regularly cleaned. Location perfect for us with a selection of restaurants, pharmacy and mini supermarket a five minute walk away, larger supermarket a short drive.Great communication with host who recommended a excellent airport transfer service and we was met at the property on arrival by a lovely lady who showed us how to use everything in the villa and to give us the keys.We will definitely be returning.

I stayed with my little boy for a week and the villa is very nice. You have all local bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and a local shop and pharmacy. You definitely need a car as you cannot get a taxi. There are buses that run at certain times but normally in the wrong direction. The only issue i had was being asked to pay 57 euros for additional electricity.

El Raso Villa

Lovely property with nice powerful showers. Air con built in to the household vents. My extended family enoyed the villa with no issues. Theres nearby restaurants all within minutes walk and a huge Sunday market 20 minute walk away. I do not agree with 50 euros key drop off and pick up, very expensive in my opinion. Villa is fully equipped as described in the amenities. Overall I recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely home

Fantastic house with all modern cons. The pool was amazing and well used. Showers were great. Air con helpful in the heat. On arrival the ‘property management company’ were very late and took 50 euros cash for a ‘service’. This is in the description but the service wasn’t great as they were late which took time away from our holiday. Full and up to date contact details and phone numbers for the property management company should be provided before arrival. The details I received, the email address wasn’t answered regularly and there was no contact number. Not fun when it’s 35 + degrees outside and you have unhappy kids and a pensioner with you, while trying to get further details from the owners. Other than that it’s a great home and perfect if you just want to chill in the pool and have a lazy holiday.

WINTER IN THE SUN

This is a modern style property, perfectly sited on the urbanisation to get maximum benefit from the sun all day, this was the key factor in our choice of accommodation and we were fortunate to stay during one of the warmest Februarys on record. However, disappointed that advertised as having T.V. it was not tuned to a British signal, when the owner knew we were British rentals, also the keyholders on site lacked the knowledge to alter it. The property smelt of cigarette smoke, being non smokers this was unsettling, having said that it may well be a different issue altogether which may need deeper investigation to identify the cause of the smell. The smell was more unsettling than upsetting. The beds were great !!! as were the sunbeds !!! Would I stay again - probably not. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr groß und geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts Wesentlichem fehlt. Auch der Außenbereich hat uns gut gefallen: Der Pool ist schön und der Sitzbereich bietet genügend Platz.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Liegen am Pool, von denen einige leider bereits kaputt waren und daher nicht genutzt werden konnten. 1-2 Sonnenschirme wären auch noch empfehlenswert!Der größte negative Punkt war für uns allerdings der Zigarettengeruch im gesamten Erdgeschoss. Das Haus wird ausdrücklich als Nichtraucherhaus ausgeschrieben, dennoch roch es dort deutlich und dauerhaft nach Zigarettenrauch. Das war leider sehr unangenehm und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht der Beschreibung des Hauses.Insgesamt ist es ein schönes, großes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Außenbereich. Wenn der Zigarettengeruch beseitigt und die defekten Poolliegen ersetzt werden, wäre der Aufenthalt sicherlich noch deutlich angenehmer.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette Villa moderne, lumineuse et bien équipée.La Piscine privée est très appréciée et régulièrement entretenue Les Trois chambres avec trois salles de bains, sont l’atout de cette villa . La cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée, il ne manque rien du tout ! Cette villa a contribué à de superbes vacances Super échanges et accueil de Kévin et de sa femme Plusieurs Restaurants,proches de la villa , dont le Manolo 1969 qui est excellent avec un très bon rapport qualité prix . Pharmacie et petite supérette accessibles à pied.Les plages de Guardamar (Moncayo notamment) sont à environ 5 minutes en voiture.Torrevieja a 20 min en voiture

Ein tolles Zuhause auf Zeit

Für unser 5wöchige Auszeit im Januar / Februar war die Villa perfekt. Es ist bis auf ein paar wachsame Hunde wirklich ruhig. Auch die Nachbarn waren kaum wahrzunehmen. Sonntags hört man manchmal etwas Musik vom Limone-Markt. Der Pool hatte 5-8 Grad und eignete sich perfekt für "Eisbäder". Der Pool-Mann war sehr freundlich und höflich. Er kam 1x die Woche und klingelt, statt einfach einzutreten. Die Heizung funktioniert gut; man sollte nur den Verbrauch im Auge haben, damit man nicht von einer großen Endrechnung überrascht wird. Einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt in El Raso nicht, aber der nächste Consum ist keine 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. In 10 Minuten erreicht man Lidl, Aldi, Rossman und Co. Am Meer ist man in 10 Minuten. Am Ortseingang gibt es einen "Bazar", der günstig alles mögliche für den Alltag verkauft; außerdem ein paar Restaurants und eine Apotheke. Sonntags findet ganz nah der weithin bekannte Limone-Markt statt, der durchaus sehenswert ist. Bezugnehmend auf einige Bewertungen möchten wir unsere aktuelle Erfahrung schildern: - Check In/Out verliefen gut und schnell. Nathalie war bei Anreise schon da und bei Abreise absolut pünktlich. Da wir leider kein französisch sprechen, war die Kommunikation etwas holprig, aber es ließ sich alles klären. - Wenn wir Probleme oder Fragen hatten - vor und während dem Aufenthalt bzw. wirklich bis zum Abreise-Morgen - Herr Dupont war IMMER geduldig und superschnell helfend für uns da. Wir hatten immer Kontakt per Mail. - Er hat auch Verständnis und Ruhe, wenn man - wie in unserem Fall - von der Anreise gestresst ankommt und noch sehr dünnhäutig ist. - wir haben Herrn Dupont vor der Buchung unsere Fragen gestellt und Unklarheiten beseitigt, so daß z.B. wegen den Kosten für die Endreinigung alles geklärt war beim Auszug. Auf Wunsch kann auch eine Zwischenreinigung (auf eigene Kosten) organisiert werden. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zuhause auf Zeit von einem sehr engagierten Vermieter genossen.

Urlaub mit 6 Person

Die Umgebung vom Haus ist ein Touristen-Gebiet. Alle Häuser schauen gleich aus und waren leer. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Stadt und man konnte so laut sein wie man wollte. Zum Stand kommt man eigentlich am besten mit dem Taxi oder man geht 1 Stunde zu Fuß. In dem Haus gab es kein warmes Duschwasser und das Wasser hat sehr nach Chlor gerochen. Die Vermieterin die uns den Schlüssel gegeben hat, hat auf Nachrichten nicht geantwortet und mich ignoriert. Alles in allem war es eine gute Zeit

Vielen Dank für Ihre Wertschätzung; Allerdings habe ich ein paar Bemerkungen, tatsächlich, obwohl Sie um 7 Uhr morgens einen Termin mit dem Aufseher für die Schlüsselübergabe hatten, verließen Sie die Villa vor der Ankunft dieses, Sie flohen, nachdem Sie die Schlüssel im Briefkasten deponiert hatten, ohne die widersprüchliche Bestandsaufnahme zu machen wie Neben dem Stromverbrauch haben Sie sich geweigert, die Reinigungskosten nach der Abreise zu bezahlen. Aufgrund Ihrer Weigerung, die Kaution bei Ihrer Ankunft bei der Schlüsselübergabe zu zahlen, ist es uns nicht möglich, die Kosten für folgende Schäden geltend zu machen: - das Schließsystem des Erkers auf der Esszimmerseite ist defekt, - Die Gartenschlauchtrommel ist kaputt. Schönes, sauberes, modernes und gut gelegenes Objekt. Mit dem Transfer schnell und günstig zu erreichen. Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Ruhige und entspannte Gegend und Taxen zum Strand gibts auch günstig.

Lovely villa no instructions

The villa overall was lovely. It was clean and tidy with good quality furnishings. We were met by Nathalie who, although very nice, hardly spoke any English and it was very difficult to communicate with her or to ask any questions. We had to pay her 50 euros for a welcome and 120 euros cleaning!!! It seemed an awful lot to pay 50euros for a ‘welcome’ that really was just giving us the keys. On that note, there was only one set of keys which was extremely inconvenient with 4 adults staying in the house. Another review mentions the house smelling of stale smoke which it did on our arrival, however, this soon disappeared when we had been there a few days. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for self catering but had the basics, definitely not enough cutlery or pots. There were no instructions for what to do with the rubbish or for check out procedures. There was no hot water initially as the boiler in the outside utility area wasn’t even turned on and we had to figure out ourselves what the problem was and how to rectify it. The area that the villa is in is really quiet and the local restaurants and bars are fantastic. Overall a good stay.

Schöne moderne Villa

Unser Aufenthalt war von 11.Dezember bis 8. Januar 2022. Dieses Haus bietet fast Alles was man braucht. Eine schnell funktionierende Heizung. Die für uns sehr wichtig war, da die Nächte teils sehr kalt sind. Die Sonne kam morgens gegen 9:00 Uhr, bis ca.16.30 Uhr. Der Pool ist allerdings um diese Jahreszeit immer im Schatten. Aber wer will im Dezember schon in den Pool. Der Essplatz und die am Haus anschließende Terrasse lagen immer in der Sonne. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, ebenso die Bäder, die Küche, die Schlafzimmer, usw. Das Kabelfernsehen umfasste alle deutschen Programme. Leider ruckelte das Bild manchmal in der letzten Woche. Warum? Lediglich die örtliche VerwalterIn hatte mit der Uhrzeit zu kämpfen. Beim Checkin 20 Minuten zu spät, bei der Abreise dann eine Stunde.
