Perfect relaxing beach getaway. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath spacious condo with beautiful vaulted ceiling, overlooking a peaceful pond is only a short walk to the beach. Located on Hutchinson Island, The Treasure Coast, your rental will include access to all the Village has to offer, including 4 heated pools, multiple beach access points all within walking distance, 9 hole golf course, multiple tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, basketball, gym, pickleball courts, and library. Get out and play a quick 9 holes or tennis match before meeting the family at the beach, or pool, or both. NOTE: Please note that most of the activities on site such as shuffle board, bocce, etc. have a fee, mostly $2, for equipment rental at the recreation office. Only a short bike ride to the Pierce Jetty or enjoy a nice afternoon in historic downtown Fort Pierce. Please contact me about flexibility of posted minimum stay length prior to booking anywhere else.

The condo is very nice and very clean. We really enjoyed both the screened in porch and the open front porch. There are a perfect amount of dishes and towels. Mr. Greg contacted us a couple of times to make sure our stay was going good. We will rent again from him!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable and safe. We enjoyed the balcony every morning! The amenities were enjoyed by our whole family (golf, tennis, swimming). Wonderful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the screened-in balcony. The host was easy to contact with questions and very conscientious.

Super get away

Super nice Condo, very nicely furnished, excellent location, we highly recommend it. I spoke with the owner a couple times, Greg was very nice and answered all our questions. Plus, there is a nice par 3 golf course on the complex.

Great Big Sky getaway

This is our second time here. It’s beautifully decorated, the hosts left a welcome note with bottles of water and cookies. Kitchen has everything you need, and we appreciated the washer and dryer after a day of skiing. We will be back!

We have stayed in this community many times but our first time at this condo. The place was exactly as it is described. It was clean with all the amenities you would need already there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and clean, they had perfect internet and great TV, had plenty of towels and wash cloths and the air conditioner kept the place comfortable. Only issue we had was some sugar ants in the kitchen, which are very common in Florida. Didn't bother us at all but I let the owner know about them. He had someone over very quickly and they were gone by the next morning. The owner Greg was great to deal with and even reached out to see if there was anything he could do or help with to make our stay better. The golf course and the new pool were great as always. We will try to stay here again next time we come down.

Check in was super easy. The condo was easy to find once in the gate. My daughter and I could walk to the pool and beach no problem. My 75 year old mother even walked with us one day. The condo was clean and had plenty of what we needed. Great washer and dryer… nice front and back deck sitting area. Greg was so easy to talk with if we had any questions. The guys fished with catch of the day charter 2 days in a row. It was only a 30 min drive to get to the boat. Catch of the day charters/fishing Manatee restaurant Casa Azteca restaurant Crabby’s dockside (favorite)!! Pie hole (amazing pizza) just right outside the gate Not a real area for (shopping) but great for neat local shops and local restaurants And perfect for relaxing

Nice stay

The location of this property is great. The manager was very responsive and check in was extremely easy. The interior of the unit was very tastefully decorated. We understood "safe" in the listing to mean the property had an inroom safe but turns out that meant it was a safe property. The property was stocked on most everything we needed. We did need to get tissues but had plenty of everything else.... towels, toilet paper, cleaning materials, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.. The property has high end appliances and kitchen was well stocked With dishes, utensils and appliances. Loved spending early and late days on screened-in porch but the no-see-ums still got through the screening. Maybe it is just a given in Florida, but you could see them on the counters in the kitchen, too. The furniture on the Eastern den porch was nice and very comfortable. They absolutely love me! We did not find furniture on open air patio outside front door to be comfortable And it didn't look cleaned off for our arrival. We did not use the amenities on site except for ordering a delicious lunch at the tiki bar one day. It was Reasonably priced as vacation spots go. Apparently you can get beach chairs and umbrella at the rec building somewhere. But we did not pick up on that process. So we purchased a beach chair at nearby CV nearby CVS and left it.

Perfect family vacation spot

We were traveling with teenagers and this house was perfect for our family. Our host Greg was so helpful and accommodating. Getting in and out was easy! The place is so nice, we loved the breezy back porch for reading and chilling. The new kitchen appliances were so nice and perfect for cooking and having our family dinners. The kids used all the amenities- pickle ball, basketball, bocce, gym, the beach and the pool! Lunch at the tiki bar was delicious. Ocean Village is a perfect getaway! We recommend Pho Deli for delicious dinner out a bargain price. We’ll be back!!

Great Vacation!

Greg was amazing to deal with. The pools and tiki bar is where we spent every day!! Best pool by far. Quiet nights sitting In the screened porch were the perfect ending to every one of the days. I definitely recommend this property. I would reccoment at least 7-10 days.

Perfect get-away

We had a fabulous stay. Condo is roomy and clean. Greg was a superior host to deal with and made every effort to make sure our needs were met. He even checked on us to make sure we arrived safely. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a quiet family vacation with many amenities.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean and well appointed condo. You won’t be disappointed in its condition. The rear porch is lovely and is a great place to spend time. The vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness . Everything worked as expected. Greg the host was awesome. He checked with us after arrival and during our stay and then again upon departure. He also had additional paper products, soap, dish soap and coffee delivered while we were there. We brought all out own since normally all of this is not provided in such abundance so it was a nice that he regularly provides all of that to his guests. Last but not least the water pressure was outstanding with plenty of hot water (important after fishing all day every day of our stay) and the AC was great as the whole condo cooled off very quickly and was comfortable throughout our stay. You won’t regret staying in this condo :)

Property is well maintained. Kitchen is small but adequate

I would stay there again. Only comment is that there are only stairs to second floor. If handicapped, there would be an access problem. I have stayed in Ocean Village units with elevator to second floor. However, we enjoyed the stay.
