The Space:

Welcome to our spacious single level home in Cape Coral designed for comfort and relaxation. The dining room and office area face the front of the house and include a convenient Murphy bed to accommodate extra guests. Throughout the home you will find ceiling fans in every room for your comfort. The kitchen features high ceilings with elegant maple cabinets granite countertops and unique suspended shelving. The living room serves as a central gathering space with a double ceiling fan and sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool area. The master bedroom offers a touch of luxury with French doors leading out to the private pool deck. Upon arrival you are greeted by grand glass double doors and an interior featuring decorative columns and beautiful inlaid tile flooring. While you enjoy your stay you are just a short forty minute drive from the beautiful shores of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Please note that the minimum age to book is twenty five and we kindly ask that you share a little about yourself and your guests when requesting a reservation.



Guest Access:

During your stay you will enjoy full private access to this entire single level home. You are welcome to utilize all four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room provides a comfortable shared space for relaxation. Outside you have private access to the garden and backyard area which features a swimming pool and hot tub for your exclusive use. The patio area is furnished for your enjoyment and includes a barbecue grill. You will also have access to the garage and laundry facilities during your visit. We provide keyless entry for your convenience and you will receive your personal access code via email approximately one week before your arrival.

Our home is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral, offering a serene retreat while remaining close to local attractions. You will find convenient access to shopping centers and a variety of dining options just a short drive away. The area is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities, with opportunities for cycling and water sports nearby. Whether you are looking to explore the local water parks or simply relax in a tranquil setting, our location provides the perfect balance of comfort and accessibility.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that by booking this property, you agree to our house rules and the terms of our vacation rental agreement. Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. We kindly ask that you keep the home in good condition. Before your departure, please load and run the dishwasher, and wash and dry any used towels. If you use the barbecue, please keep it clean during your stay to avoid attracting pests, and ensure the grill, oil pan, and foil are cleaned before you leave; otherwise, a 50 dollar cleaning fee will apply. Please place trash and recycle bins at the side of the road for collection if your stay overlaps with the scheduled pick-up day, as failure to do so will result in a 100 dollar charge. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and please note that this is a non-smoking property, including the pool area. Pets are strictly prohibited.
