For a family of 4 they had everything you could ever want on a vacation from, beautiful property, spacious clean pool, bikes, beach chairs and accessories, all of your house The place was fantastic! For a family of four, it had everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. The property was beautiful, the pool was spacious and clean, and there were bikes, beach chairs, and all the essentials you’d find at home. The hosts were so accommodating and quick to help. The house was very comfortable, making you feel right at home. Plus, the location was great, with several great restaurants just a short bike ride or car ride away. This home is in the perfect location…. Especially if you are going to be boating. Yacht Club is still being rebuilt. No fishing allowed on the beach. Some fish off the deck. Crabbing was successful. Nearby delicious restaurants. Lots of games for the family to enjoy. Bikes, helmets, pool toys and floats. This place has it all! Internet works well. We will definitely be staying here again.

The pool, view, canal, 2 tiki huts made this vacation! Hosts responded right away and took care of everything! Let us do a late checkout and we had a great family vacation!

Thanks to Frank and Becky and perfect weather we had our best stay in Cape Coral in many years. The house is as advertised and the location is great. Pool was the perfect temperature and house a/c was able to cool us for a good nights sleep in comfortable beds. A manatee cruised by one afternoon as well as a large turtle and a couple of dolphins. We caught large catfish and rainbow runners off the tiki dock. House had everything we needed and everything worked so frequent communication was not necessary. Highly recommend!!
