There were 6 people in our party and the condo was perfect for our getaway. The balcony was our favorite morning spot for breakfast and conversation. The sunsets were spectacular each evening. Marc was attentive and quick to respond for any concerns. We will rent this condo again.

Our host had great communication, he was very helpful throughout our stay. Always available to answer questions! The views from the balcony were beautiful! That's where we spent most of our time. Plenty of seating for everyone. Each of the 4 bedrooms had it's own bathroom, that was great. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Terrific Family Vacation

Our family of 8 had a great week together - this was a terrific place to stay - plenty of beds, baths, big living and dining areas and the patio was terrific - right on the beach and big enough for meals and games outside so we could enjoy the sunshine. Marc was really great on communication and very helpful with anything we needed. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. so that we didn't have to do dishes after every meal.

Beautiful Large Balcony

The unit was very nice and over all a good trip, not having a closet in one of the bedrooms was difficult for one of our couples with no place to hang their clothes. We had 4 couples because this was a 4 bedroom condo and the parking was not good for us. Several times we had to pay to park. The unit itself was nice and the balcony was awesome. The owners allowed us an early check in which was great. We would stay again if we were only needing to have 2 cars but not in our situation where we had 4 couples with 4 cars.

The condo was great and our favorite was the patio! We really enjoyed our stay! We were not happy with the elevators. There was only one working so it was very hard to get on. We had one of our family members who is in a wheelchair so the stairs were not an option. They definitely NEED both elevators working! Also, the parking area is not ideal. It wasn't designed very well and can definitely be a challenge at times. Besides these two problems, it was great!

Enjoyable but loud

The condo was beautiful, and we had a lovely time. There were a couple of glitches, TV's didn't work, finally got one to work, and some outlets didn't work. Difficult with 7 women... Unfortunately our stay was during the Harley Festival, which did not know about. It was very loud and difficult to get around with all the traffic, which is no fault of the owner. I would recommend informing guests of that weekend if they are not part of the festival..

Perfect Getaway

This 4 bedroom condo was beautiful and in such close proximity to groceries, shopping and entertainment. We were celebrating the graduation of 2 of our grandchildren with 9 of our family members. Each person had more than enough private space with the common areas large enough to allow us all to gather. Although we loved the living spaces, the balcony was what won us over. It was by far the largest of any we have experienced in the 30+years we have been going to the beach, and the view was breathtakingly beautiful. Marc, the owner kept in contact with us throughout the reservation process and up through check-in to make sure all our needs were met. He was actually on vacation out of the country the same week and still took time to check on our family and offer any support we may need. This speaks volumes as to the level of customer service we received. We will definitely choose this property on our next return to Panama City Beach! Many thanks to Marc and his family for sharing such a piece of tranquility! The Hardin Family

We love this building and own another unit in this building as well. Its location is second to none and the balconies are the largest we have ever seen.

The location is phenomenal. The high speed elevators and private reserved covered parking is fantastic. We love that there are only 3 condos per floor making it super exclusive and you feel like you are the only one at the complex. Quiet, well built and amazing balconies overlooking the gulf.
