Das Haus war sehr schön und ideal für 2 Familien mit 8 Personen. Die Küchenausstattung sehr umfänglich und die Größe des Pools so groß dass man auch Streckenschwimmen kann. Einziges Manko waren die etwas kleinen Duschen - wobei das nicht wirklich ein Problem darstellt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht, dass es den großen schattenspendenden Baum, der in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern angegeben wurde, nicht mehr da war. Im Garten war es tagsüber sehr heiß.

Stort härligt hus som ligger vackert. Fina stora rum och ett välutrustat kök. Kan verkligen rekommenderas. Enda minus att det ligger lite avskilt, behövs bil för att handla eller gå på restaurang.

Very nice and sunny days in Garfagnana

We had very nice and sunny days in that house in Villa Collemandina. The pool was wonderful and freshy and the landscape invites you to do some walking in the morning or the afternoon, f.e. to picturesque Castiglione. The holidays were relaxing and we are thinking with a warm feeling back to these 2 weeks in august/septembre.

Superbe villa avec piscine de rêve en Toscane

Magnifique maison. Piscine vraiment agréable et très bien entretenue. Chacun des 4 couples a une chambre mais il n’y a que 2 chambres qui ont un lit double. Les salles de bains sont fonctionnelles mais les douche sont très petites. Arachnophobes s’abstenir car de gigantesques araignées sortent en fin de journée. Sans parler des guêpes et autres bestioles à pattes et à ailes! Mais sinon la maison est tout confort et décorée très joliment. Elle est par contre très éloignée de tout. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au restaurant ou pour chaque sortie. Dans le village, il n’y a pas grand chose. Mais le coin est très joli et rempli de petits endroits typiques et ravissants à visiter. Dans le jardin, il y a un four à pizza extraordinaire qui permet de réussir à coup sûr ses pizzas, cotes de bœuf et autre tarte aux myrtilles! Matteo nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse mais les explications sur le fonctionnement de la maison sont longues et en anglais! Je conseille cette maison à tous ceux qui aiment le calme et la campagne. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Fantastic holiday in Tuscany

This is a lovely property in a spectacular rural setting with stunning views. The villa is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a great vacation, adn the village of Collemandina is the most lovely Italian place. Particularly the Botega Di Lorenza is worth more than one visit!

Maison tout à fait conforme à l'annonce.Très bon accueil de Matteo et de sa maman.La maison est tout simplement splendide.La piscine est délicieuse et bien entretenue.La vue sur les montagnes est fabuleuse et reposante.La maison est bien équipée et nous n'avons manque de rien.L'unique suggestion est de rafraîchir les 2 douches pour qu'ils soient à l'unisson du reste de la maison. Nous recommandons avec plaisir la Villa Altana.

Mooi groot huis met heerlijk zwembad

Wij verbleven met twee gezinnen in augustus een week in dit huis en hebben genoten! Zelf pizza bakken in de steenoven is echt een aanrader. Een bezoek aan Lucca is ook zeker de moeite waard.

House nice, some beds terrible, wasp and horniss invasion that made the pool partly unusable, equipment in house good, level of cleanness insufficient even for tolerant people, but that didn't really disturb us; the most annoying thing were the hundreds of wasps that destroyed any peace by the pool;

Thanks for your feedback. We will beter check that the cleaning is made "as it must be" by the persons that take care of it. We haven't received any complaint from other guests that have rented the property last year and this season but we will evaulate it. The last two weeks it was extremely hot and dry so wasps seek for water around pool and irrigations systems (there aren't nests on the property)

Ein sehr schönes rustikales Haus

Der Empfang durch den Besitzer und seine Mutter war sehr herzlich. Ebenso die Erläuterungen bzgl. Inventar, Mülltrennung und Pool. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Altana eignet sich hervorragend zum Relaxen, aber auch zum Wäschetrocknen. Der Pool wurde zwei Mal wöchentlich gereinigt. Das Wasser hatte super Qualität. Leider verlor der wunderbare, über 100 Jahre alte Feigenbaum viele unreife Früchte, die am besten vorsorglich aufzuklauben waren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr genossen !
